Mizrahi & Sons Group - 60 years of construction - the name behind the projects: since 1958, has built over thousands of buildings – for residential, commercial, office, small craft workshop, and industrial purposes throughout Israel. The Group also has several companies operating in real estate entrepreneurship, construction and maintenance projects: residential, commercial, hotel, industrial, and small craft workshop sectors, and to date has built over 15,000 housing units, and 800,000 sq.m. of commercial, office and industrial space. Today, the Group has a NIS 5.6 billion project backlog. The Group is owned by the Mizrahi Family and managed by Ronny Mizrahi, his children, as well as the children of the Late Abraham Mizrahi. Mizrachi Group had the privilege, throughout decades, to take care of the well being of all clients and buyers, by giving them standards of living and building maintanance, much more than written "By The Book".

Professional Staff, Strong Financial Backing
Besides the family, the Group has a senior and professional management team that has been working with it for over 40 years. The Mizrahi Group is a private group with significant equity capital and strong financial backing. The Group has 70,000 sq.m. of income-yielding properties throughout Israel and another 360,000 sq.m. in the planning and construction phase.
The Mizrahi Group has no bonds outstanding in the securities market.
Thousands of Housing Units Under Construction
The Group is now building over 3,900 housing units and buildings for commercial, industrial, small craft workshop, sheltered housing and office purposes in 25 cities and local councils in Israel, including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Ramat Ha’Sharon, Rishon Le’Zion, Holon, Rehovot, Ashdod, Bat Yam, Ness Ziona, Gan Yavne, Netanya, Kannot, Beit Dagan, Herzliya, Or Yehuda, Zichron Ya’acov, Hod Ha’Sharon, Ramat Gan, Even Yehuda, Ra’anana, Givat Shmuel and Kiryat Ono.
The Mizrahi Group is one of Israel’s Largest Construction Groups
According to construction volumes, the Mizrahi Group is one of the largest private construction entities in Israel. Three of the Group companies hold the “C-5” construction classification, which is the highest in the classification of contractors.
Bat Yam – The Btimon complex – on a 12-dunam plot, with a 30,000 square meter commercial center, a sheltered housing building of 14,000 sq.m., a 160-room hotel as well as two 50-story residential towers with 280 residential units covering 90,000 sq.m.
Bat Yam – City Center – on a 16-dunam plot, a 260,000-square-meter project that will offer four 50-story towers, over two commercial floors with 864 residential units, a hotel, sheltered housing and offices. The financial value of the project is NIS 31 billion.
Bat Yam – Artisan Park Complex – two 50-story towers over two commercial floors, with 200 residential units and a 240-room hotel, 9,000 sq.m. of sheltered housing, 9,000 sq.m. of office space, and 8,000 sq.m. of commercial space. The complex’s sculpture and art garden covers 4,000 sq.m. The financial value of the project is NIS 750 million.
Bat Yam – “Nof Ha’Sdera” project – the project is located at 1 Bar Ilan Street, and offers a 9-story building, with 28 residential units, covering 5,500 sq.m.
Bat Yam – “Gan Ha’Nitzahon” project – two buildings – the project is located on 11 and 13 Klausner St. and offers 50 residential units.
Bat Yam – “Sea Line” project (in planning) – the project is located on the B/410 Bat Yam – Rishon Le’Zion border and will offer two 25-story buildings, with 192 residential units, and will cover 45,000 sq.m.
Bat Yam – “Downtown” Project – a residential tower, office, and hotel complex.
Bat Yam – “Sea Park Towers” project (in planning) – Plan B/410 Bat Yam – 232 residential units covering 70,000 sq.m. in three 23-story buildings.
Bat Yam – “Livorno” project – 128 residential units in two towers.
Bat Yam – The B/410 complex – 192 “Atlantis” units, over 50,000 sq.m..
Bat Yam – The B/410 complex – 77 “Conch” units, covering 22,000 sq.m..

The “Kannot Center” project – a commercial, office and industrial building complex covering 20,000 sq.m. Under a new town plan for the addition of four floors (16,000 sq.m.) for additional offices, for a total of 36,000 sq.m.
Hod Ha’Sharon – “Mizrahi Loft” project – a 14-story residential building with 34 residential units in the new Har/1200 neighborhood of Hod Ha’Sharon. Total building area is 9,734 sq.m.
Hod Ha’Sharon – “President” project – 62 residential units, covering 15,000 sq.m.
Hod Hasharon – “Strawberry Field” – 68 residential units, covering 18,000 sq.m.
Jerusalem – “Ramot” project (in progress – expected completion in 2021). A project that includes two residential buildings with 82 residential units, over two floors of parking in the “Ramot” neighborhood of Jerusalem.
Even Yehuda – “Founders Square” project – completion is expected in 2020.
Holon – “370 HOME” project – 40 residential units, covering 10,000 sq.m.
Holon – “Migdal Ha’ir 501” project (already populated) – a 30-story residential tower with 100 residential units in Holon’s H-501 upscale neighborhood, offering Holon’s highest tower, all covering 28,834 sq.m.
Holon – Centurion 501 ” project – a 23-story residential building with 80 residential units in Holon’s H-501 upscale neighborhood, covering 20,699 sq.m.
Holon – “Terraces H-270/4” project (completion in 2021) – A 13-story residential building with 48 residential units in Holon’s H-370/4 upscale neighborhood, covering 16,345 sq.m.
Holon – “Triangle -370/4” project (in planning – expected completion in 2021). A 12-story residential building with 39 residential units in Holon’s H/370/4 upscale neighborhood, covering 12,530 sq.m.
Holon – 39 Aharonovitch – 72 residential units, covering 15,000 sq.m.
Ramat Gan – “42 Neve Yehoshua” project (in planning) – an eight story residential building, with 28 residential units, covering 4,100 sq.m.
Haifa – “Savyonei Danya” project (immediate population) – a 14-story residential building with 72 residential units in Haifa’s Savyoni Danya neighborhood.
Ashdod – “Shirat Ha’Rova” project – 56 residential units, covering 12,000 sq.m. Stages A + B will offer 112 residential units.
Ra’anana – “Triple” project – three buildings of 46 residential units, covering 10,000 sq.m.
