Since its establishment, the firm has maintained a close, non-partisan relationship with the government of Israel. Among other things, the firm served as counsel to the Inter-Ministerial Committee during the Rabin administration from 1996-1999. For several years, Adv. Molho was appointed as the Special Administrator on behalf of the Official Receiver in the stay of proceedings in one of the largest and most complex cases in the history of the State of Israel concerning the 26 companies of the Heftsiba Group. Additionally, Adv. Molho, together with a special legal team in the firm, acts as the Special Administrator of the Karta Jerusalem Development Company (in liquidation), the first government-owned company to undergo liquidation proceedings.
Real Estate Development: The firm represents investors and landowners in Israel and abroad, in major, long-term real estate development projects, as well as in the tourism and hotels, planning and construction fields for residential, public and tourist purposes including complex mixed-use projects. The firm is involved in all aspects of real estate transactions- from financing, planning and purchase of properties property purchase and development, vacation and construction developments (including TAMA 38), through to the development, construction and sale of the properties.
