Insolvency – The department’s staff has extensive experience in representing various entities – companies, creditors, debtors, etc., involved in recovery and liquidation proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings of debtors, as well as extensive experience in the role as trustee and liquidator appointed by the various courts. The department has been intimately involved in the formulation of new regulations and legislation in the field, in coordination with other departments of the Firm that specialize in other areas of law, such as commercial law, hi-tech, real estate, labor, etc., so as to be able to deal with any issue that may arise during the handling of insolvency cases.
