The Company operates in two main areas – general insurance, which includes vehicle (comprehensive and compulsory), home, business, foreign travel, life; and health insurance, which includes risk, health and long-term savings plans.

The Company’s Activities and Business Development
According to its 2018 financial statements, premium turnover totaled NIS 2.6 billion, while comprehensive income totaled NIS 174 million. Income was earned from almost all areas of its operations, as the Company holds the largest market share in the vehicle-property-individual insurance sector.
Human Resources
Direct Insurance has 1,500 employees, most of whom are service and sales representatives that provide direct service to the customer base.
