Hamashbir La'Zarchan Israel Ltd. was founded in 1947 to operate the Hamashbir La'Zarchan department store chain. In 2003, operations of the old Hamashbir chain were acquired by the Shavit Group (2003) Ltd. The Company is a now public company.

Hamashbir Department Stores operates the only chain of department stores in Israel and is among Israel’s leading retail trade companies.
The chain operates 37 independent branches, which are located in shopping malls, and other central locations, with a total selling area of more than 100 thousand square meters.
Revenue in 2018 totaled in NIS 1 billion, thanks to a skilled workforce of 3,500 salespeople.
The chain offers a wide range of quality products, such as cosmetics; women’s, men’s, and children’s fashion wear; lingerie; footwear; household products; sports products, electrical appliances; and jewelry. The chain offers international brands along with quality local products and an authentic shopping experience.
During 2018-2019, the chain expanded its range of international fashion brands.

In the field of women’s fashion, the chain offers, on an exclusive basis, Punt Roma, Morgan, and Promod brands.
In the field of men’s fashion, the chain offers Israeli and international brands such as Bagir, Polo Beverly Hills, Emporio Valentini, FV, and Levi’s.
In the field of children’s fashion, the chain offers, on an exclusive basis, two international companies: the Okaidi French brand and the OVS Italian brand.
In the field of women’s lingerie, the chain has expanded the category and alongside local brands such as Femina, Delta, Viania, Sloggi, Bonita de mas, Triumph, the chain now offers, on an exclusive basis and as sole importer brands such as Etam, Lou, and Bestform.
In the field of household goods, the category expanded the department and added the following new brands – Paladinox, Laguiole, Arcosteel, Food Appeal, and Soltam.
In the field of footwear, the chain offers a wide range of brands such as Lady Comfort, Rockport, Geox, Fly Foot, Hush Puppies Caterpillar, and Blundstone.
In the field of home fashion, the category was expanded, and this year new international brands in home textiles were added, such as : STEVE MADDEN, REPLAY, exclusively at the chain, alongside Kitan, Verdinon, Arlitax, and Home Style.

In the field of briefcases and suitcases, the department was expanded, and new brands were added such as GUESS, Celine Dion, Nine West, and Replay, and in suitcases – National Geographic, Caterpillar, Samsonite, Slazenger, Jeep, Swiss Delsey, and Echolac
The chain marked the sports sector as a strategic area for its activity and significantly expanded its selling area bringing in a full range of leading brands in the field, such as Adidas, Nike, Under Armor, Brooks, New Balance, Puma, Diadora, Arena, Saucony, Skechers, Kappa, and FILA.
The chain is now a leader in both footwear and sportswear alongside complementary products such as sports accessories, bags, hats, weights, sports socks, a wide range of sports bottles, skates, sports gloves, and binoculars.
In 2019, the chain will begin a marketing campaign that coordinates all changes in its value offering – enriching the fashion, sports, and kids’ departments and leveraging them through a connection to Doreen Attias, a fashion entrepreneur.
Doreen Attias, is a leading stylist, TV star and fashion designer, has a fashion spot on the “Guy Pines” entertainment program and also owns PETITE DORIS, a premium brand. Doreen comes to Hamashbir as a presenter who assists in securing and selecting collections and brands from around the world. The connection to Doreen Attias is strategic, designed to provide significant credibility to the transformation of Hamashbir into a fashion chain that is relevant to different target audiences.
Doreen Attias takes part in selecting items that will be emphasized in the media and in stores. Beyond being a new face for the brand, she is an inspiration for the procurement choices of the various departments. Doreen will lead the campaign under the “Something New is Happening in Hamashbir” slogan.

CLUB 365
Club 365 was established in 2013. The company’s primary asset is the Club 365 database, which has 700,000 households and over a million cardholders.
Club 365 is considered a leader in its field in Israel and offers its members a variety of benefits, 365 days a year.

Club 365 Finance
Club 365 Finance is jointly owned by Hamashbir 365 and Yeinot Bitan Holdings. The company is the financial arm of Hamashbir 365, and its goal is to promote and develop platforms for the marketing of financial products to Club 365 members, using the retail sales floors of the coalition and the Club 365 database.
The Club has already issued 300,0000 cards. Family 365 credit cardholders are entitled to a 3% cash-back loyalty program at Hamashbir La’Zarchan, Yeinot Bitan, Mega B’ Ir, Aviation Links, Tzomet Sfarim and more, all in addition to the existing discounts.
