For more than 58 years, the Ashtrom Group has been a leader in the construction and real estate fields and its history is intertwined with the development of Israel as well as other parts of the world. Ashtrom is active in seven prime sectors: construction, concessions, industries, properties, housing, renewable energy and international operations.
Right from the outset, Ashtrom has built some 120 thousand housing units, some 1.5 million sq.m. of commercial areas, offices, hotels, and public facilities, some 2 million sq.m. of business and industrial buildings, together with national and international infrastructure mega-projects.

ASHTROM Construction in Israel
The Ashtrom Group operates in Israel directly and through companies involved in construction and infrastructures, holding all required classifications and possessing financial capabilities for the entire range of such projects.
Ashtrom adheres to a high scale of values based on a high standard of construction by employing skilled and professional personnel, a maximum level of safety at all sites, a firm commitment to meeting budgets and schedules, undivided attention to customer satisfaction and strong environmental awareness.
The Group operates countrywide and through Ashtrom Engineering and Construction, Ashtrom Jerusalem, and Ashtrom Construction-North, handling a wide range of projects including luxury towers, residential developments, office buildings, hotels, commercial and industrial facilities.
The Ashtrom Group is a pioneer in industrialized construction in Israel – its Ashcrete plants in Ashdod produce prefabricated elements for a wide range of private and public companies in the construction, infrastructures, logistic and defense industry fields. The plants also manufacture transportable structures and various industrialized elements for M.L.T. which specializes in the design and construction of educational buildings to tight and efficient schedules.
Ashtrom also specializes in complex underground operations through Base-Pile, which carries out all types of foundation construction and groundwork.

The Ashtrom Group undertakes large-scale infrastructure projects in land, air, and sea transportation, mainly for the public sector – Netivei Israel, the Israel Ports Company, the Airports Authority, Israel Railways, local authorities and B.O.T projects throughout the country. Ashtrom, together with a partner, completed the new HaMifratz Port in Haifa with a budget of some NIS 4 billion.
Through its Drachim subsidiary, the Group is building a complex of traffic lanes on Ayalon Highways. The Company has recently completed the runways and apron at the new Ramon Airport in Timna, at the Ben Gurion Airport, as well as a variety of roads and interchanges throughout the country.

Ashtrom Industries, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the production, development, marketing, and sale of specialized raw materials, a wide range of products and supplements for the construction industries. Ashtrom delivers high-quality materials and professional and technical solutions, all meeting SII standards.
Companies Operating in this Field
The Ashtrom Group specializes in concession projects in the P.P.P, P.F.I, B.O.O and D.B.O.T fields, based on close cooperation between the private and the public sectors and funding bodies. Ashtrom owns and operates about 1400 residential units for rent in Haifa’s Neot Peres, in the Gadna and Mashtela complexes in Tel Aviv, Kiryat HaYovel in Jerusalem and in Bnei Brak. Ashtrom has also built and operates 5 courthouses: Lod, Herzliya, Petah Tikva, Bat Yam, and Ashkelon and the research students’ halls of residence at Beer Sheva’s Ben Gurion University. Ashtrom is in charge of the planning and construction of projects in transportation, rental housing, educational institutions and public buildings, for the most part operating and maintaining the projects throughout the concession period.
ASHTROM International Operations
The Ashtrom Group has been active for more than 50 years in various construction and infrastructure projects overseas through subsidiaries incorporated under Ashtrom International.
Main Activities Abroad:
Construction and Infrastructure – Ashtrom has built housing, offices, hotels, hospitals and public building projects. The Company has gained experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as the construction of highways, bridges, airports, water and sewage treatment facilities and fuel depots. In Zambia, Ashtrom has completed some 120 thousand sq.m of housing and public buildings and a large-scale hospital in Lusaka. The Company also operates in Jamaica and Nigeria and seeks to start new projects in other countries.
Residential Development – Ashtrom has extensive involvement in developing and initiating residential neighborhoods in the United States. Its flagship project is Oakhills, in Orlando, Florida, which offers advanced construction and marketing of luxury homes and plots for self-construction. The Group is also building and marketing a prestigious residential neighborhood in Gaia, in northern Portugal.
Income Generating Real Estate in Eastern Europe – Ashtrom has established and operates a luxury mall and hotel in the heart of the pedestrian zone in central Belgrade, Serbia. In addition, Ashtrom owns a number of income-generating properties in Romania and Bulgaria.

Ashtrom Properties, part of the Ashtrom Group, is one of the leading real estate companies in property development, construction and management, operating in Israel, Germany and the UK. Ashtrom Properties has a portfolio of 135 thousand sq.m of directly owned office buildings in Germany. The Company acquires, develops and manages properties located in Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dortmund, and Essen. In the UK Ashtrom Properties owns and manages quality office buildings in Liverpool and Manchester.
ASHDAR – Residential Entrepreneurship
Ashdar, part of the Ashtrom Group, is a leading entrepreneurial company, engaged in the initiation, development, marketing, and sale of quality residential neighborhoods throughout the country. Ashdar sells hundreds of housing units a year and maintains thousands of other housing units in various planning stages.
