The story of the Saliah-Rothschild Group began more than 50 years ago, in 1972, when Mr. Joseph Saliah established a building contractor company. In 1980, his childhood friend, Mr. Yair Rothschild joined him, and the two founded the successful Saliah-Rothschild Group. From their first project, the founders believed in excellence alongside hard work. In every building they built, they maintained the quality of performance while taking full responsibility for what was done on the ground. The Group has a track record of numerous projects and residential units, office towers, commercial and protected housing units. Recently, the Group has been focusing its activities on large urban renewal complexes. The uniqueness of the Group is that it is both the entrepreneur and the general contractor of all its projects. The Group has the requisite financial strength and stability, which stems, among other things, from many income-producing real estate properties it holds, which gives it a vital economic anchor. Kfir Tower, Tel Aviv – an 18-story residential tower rising above a commercial center, with 82 apartments, in a strategic location at the Moshe Dayan and Bar-Lev Junction in Tel Aviv. The project is fully populated, and the Group maintains and operates part of the commercial center.
195 Herzl, Rehovot – a 17-story residential tower rising above a commercial center, with 76 apartments, located on the primary traffic and commercial axis of Rehovot’s streets. The project is fully populated, and the Group maintains and operates part of the commercial center.
3 Yuvalim, Rishon LeZion – a 17-story project with 70 apartments in Rishon LeZion’s new “Iris” neighborhood. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2023.
Rashi, Ha-Podim, and HaMakor Streets in Ramat Gan – an urban renewal project (evacuation-reconstruction) complex that includes a building for conservation, a 36-story residential tower that includes a commercial floor, and a Sky Lobby adjacent to an urban square. The project is in the planning stage with the Ramat Gan District Committee.
