195 Herzl, Rehovot – a 17-story residential tower rising above a commercial center, with 76 apartments, located on the primary traffic and commercial axis of Rehovot’s streets. The project is fully populated, and the Group maintains and operates part of the commercial center.
3 Yuvalim, Rishon LeZion – a 17-story project with 70 apartments in Rishon LeZion’s new “Iris” neighborhood. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2023.
Rashi, Ha-Podim, and HaMakor Streets in Ramat Gan – an urban renewal project (evacuation-reconstruction) complex that includes a building for conservation, a 36-story residential tower that includes a commercial floor, and a Sky Lobby adjacent to an urban square.
