About Ramot in the City - From the Yuvalim and Israel Levy Group

Ramot in the City was established in 2009, is a public company with its bonds traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Ramot in the City is jointly owned by A. B. Yuvalim Investments and Properties and the Israel Levy Real Estate Group - two of Israel's most prominent, senior, and experienced companies in the field of real estate entrepreneurship. The Group has rich experience in entrepreneurship and construction, with an emphasis on large-scale urban renewal (evacuation-reconstruction projects) and long term flats development throughout Israel.

Ramot in the City is among the few Israeli companies that have initiated, established, built, and delivered hundreds of flats development to land owners and buyers as part of evacuation-construction projects.
The scope of the Group’s projects is estimated at NIS 20 billion (including 3,100 flats that have been delivered and are under construction); the scope of the Group’s assets is estimated at NIS 2.5 billion, and 15,000 flats are already in the planning stages.
The Group’s flagship project is undertaken by the Company in Ramat Hasharon. The project involves the evacuation of older “railway buildings” with 168 flats in the neighborhood and the construction of 4 new residential towers to house 588 new flats. Two of the towers are already populated. The third tower is under construction, and the fourth will be under construction in 2025.

Some of the Group’s Evacuation-Construction Projects:
Populated:
Phases 1 and 2 of the “Halutz” project in Ramat Hasharon – one of the most significant evacuation-construction projects ever built and populated in Israel. The project covers 13 dunams and offers an advanced “green” environment and a well-kept park, where residential towers, with spacious apartments and luxurious penthouses, will be offered.

Under Construction:
Phase 3 of the “Halutz” project – involves the evacuation of 40 flats and a private house, and the construction of 171 new flats. Population is expected by the end of 2025.

Start of Construction in 2024:
“Ramot in the City”–”Mofet Ra’anana” – development project for the construction of a residential building that will offer 179 new flats, 2,000 square meters of commercial space, and 500 square meters of office space.
Phase 4 of the “Halutz” project in Ramat Hasharon – evacuation of 40 flats to be replaced by 115 new flats. Construction is expected during 2025.

In Planning:
Hagana Street in Tel Aviv – a new complex to cover 13,419 square meters. Building rights total 60,000 square meters.
Truman Road in Haifa – a project involving the evacuation of 541 flats and the construction of 2,326 new housing units.
Tzur Shalom in Kiryat Bialik – a project involving the evacuation of 52 buildings and 1,054 flats, being replaced by the construction of 6,000 new flats. Ramot in the City holds a 50% share of the project.

The project will cover 15,000 square meters (main and service) and is covered by a binding municipal construction program for assisted living. The property was acquired at a cost of NIS 59 million.
Ganei Dan Hotel – on an area of 16 dunams located only 380 meters from the shoreline. There is a new outline plan on the land that is being promoted by the authorities. After its approval, Ramot in the City believes that it will be able to build 300 new flats and 80 hotel rooms.
