The Company operates through three main branches: a security execution branch, which works for the Ministry of Defense, the Israel Security Agency, and the Prime Minister’s Office; a railway execution branch, which works for Israel Railways and the Israel Defense Forces; and an execution arm for residential construction, which works for “Rami Sarfati Development”.

The Rami Sarfati Group is for the tenants a single address for planning, execution and occupancy, all under one roof.

Rami Sarfati–Group Founder
Rami Sarfati, Group Founder, Owner and Chief Executive Officer, is a graduate of an Israel Defense Forces reconnaissance unit, serves as an officer in its military reserves, and is a real estate developer. Rami Sarfati has been specializing in initiating and executing projects throughout Israel for over twenty years. The values of precision, attention to detail and pursuing excellence were instilled in him in his military past and were firmly established in each of the aspects of the Company’s management culture.
“We don’t build apartments,” he used to say, “we build houses, living environments full of lifestyle for people. When we come to plan, we imagine the route that tenants take, from the moment they arrive at their neighborhood, go up the stairs or in the elevator and enter their new home. Do they have everything they need? Is the environment comfortable and close to all their needs?
Will these or other raw materials be suitable for building their house? What planning method will we use? And how do we accompany the entire process from the moment the idea is put on paper until the house is delivered and afterward?
“We try to answer all these questions and many others every day with creativity, out-of-the-box vision and professionalism. There are many people. The needs are varied and thus, in our opinion, the solutions should be practical, flexible, allowing adaptation to every person.”

Company Employees
The Company’s permanent staff includes engineers, appraisers, lawyers, supervisors and skilled workers, besides many suppliers, and professional subcontractors who were carefully selected and operate under the supervision of the Company’s managers, who are in the field at all stages of the project.
