Attorney Amichai Pery (56) holds a double degree in Law and Accountancy from Tel Aviv University, began his professional career with the Law Firm of the Late Dr. Avraham Alter in 1996, and, from 2007, was a Senior Partner with that Firm. Attorney Perry specializes in income tax, emphasizing international taxation, taxation of trusts, voluntary disclosure procedures, taxation of compensation of employees and entrepreneurs, taxation litigation, and more. Attorney Pery believes in reaching compromises with the Income Tax Authority and has reached thousands of settlement agreements over the years. In the few cases where those disputes reached the court–(Conduit, IM Segev, Zelichov cases), the clients were successful in court. Attorney Pery has planned, established, and accompanied hundreds of holding structures and international activities, including handling and regulating the tax aspects of those activities before the Income Tax Authority and the courts. He specializes in regulating the reporting and taxation of foreign income of individuals, trusts, and foreign holding structures, as well as planning and accompanying new immigrants and returning residents. He has practical experience in tax work abroad, including with foreign tax authorities (in coordination with local consultants), emphasizing United States taxation. Attorney Pery is a fighter pilot with the Israeli Military Reserves with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Attorney Shlomi Regev (49) holds a double degree in Law and Accountancy, with Honors, from Tel Aviv University, began his professional career with the Law Firm of the Late Dr. Avraham Alter in 1999 and has been a partner at Pery Regev & Co., since 2007. Attorney Regev specializes in international taxation, planning and establishing international holding and activity structures, tax treaties, managing tax cases before foreign tax authorities, taxation of employee compensation, taxation of trusts, foreign residents, returning residents and new immigrants, taxation litigation, and more. Attorney Regev has successfully obtained tax approvals and precedent-setting arrangements with the tax authorities in international taxation, the taxation and compensation of employees, foreign residents and returning residents, foreign companies, and more. Attorney Regev counsels  Israeli and multinational corporations in relation to tax issues in Israel and abroad (with an emphasis on United States taxation ).

Attorney Ronit Bronze (52) holds a Law degree (Accountancy Track), is a practicing attorney and notary, and holds “lasting power of attorney” accreditation. Attorney Bronze began her professional career professional career with the Law Firm of the Late Dr. Avraham Alter in 1995. Ronit Bronze practices in several fields – individual taxation, real estate taxation, voluntary disclosures, and trusts, preparation of “lasting power of attorney documents,”and has many years of experience in inheritance law, preparing wills, and managing estates. Attorney Bronze advises and accompanies individuals and hi-wealth families in a variety of complex legal issues, including opening bank accounts in Israel and abroad and dealing with the compliance departments in aspects of money laundering and taxes.
