The Avilia Group, a family-owned group with a tradition of five generations in Israel's settlement and construction, operates within the framework of several private companies and partnerships in the fields of initiation, planning, construction, and management of real estate in Israel and abroad. The Group initiates, plans, builds, rents, manages, and maintains residences, commercial areas, gas stations, offices, hi-tech buildings, industrial and logistics buildings. In the last decade, Avilia has expanded its activities and promotes projects in urban renewal, in full cooperation with hundreds of rights holders.

Rental, Management and Maintenance, Construction
The Group owns tens of thousands of built-up square meters that are office, hi-tech, trade, industrial, and craft buildings, and gas stations. Avilia manages and maintains all buildings it owns and, in addition, provides the same service to residential buildings, luxury towers, commercial buildings, and private customers. Avilia has extensive knowledge and professional experience in real estate management and maintenance, at a high level, for all required work areas.

The Group was founded by Aviv Marx and is managed by a professional staff with extensive professional knowledge and rich experience in real estate. Entrepreneurship and Construction
The Avilia Group deals with the planning and improvement of in the projects in which it is involved – for residential, industrial, employment and commerce, and also deals with the preservation of historical buildings. Avilia has a team of architects and consultants who provide solutions to apartment and business owners in all stages of planning and construction.

Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects
The Avilia Group’s activity in construction is very diverse and includes residential, commercial and industrial projects from the north of the Negev to Hadera, as well as in Cyprus and Bulgaria. The projects initiated and established by the group include:
The Hadar Hamada Project, in Rehovot: in the heart of Rehovot’s Science Park, next to the train station and the transportation terminal, 32,000 square meters of trade and office space, as well as parking lots were built, all of which are leased long-term to government offices, banks, a supermarket, a gas station, hi-tech offices, and a recreation and entertainment complex that includes restaurants, a bowling alley, and an events hall. Avilia initiated the project in its entirety, including the purchase, improvement, planning, construction, rental, and management. Building rights for 45,000 additional square meters are currently in planning.
Buildings for Rental in Rehovot’s Industrial Zone: In a 2.5 dunam plot, the Group will build 10,000 square meters of commercial, craft, and employment buildings designated for rental purposes.
Residences, Public Buildings., Trade and Employment Centers in Rehovot: between the Kaplan Hospital and the Habezalet neighborhood and Route 40 and Route 411, Avilia is planning for the Municipality of Rehovot and landowners a large-scale development, within the framework of which 2,800 apartments and 700,000 square meters will be built for commerce and employment, schools, public buildings, parks and a transportation terminal that includes a metro station. The project is planned to be built on an area of 850 dunams, within the framework of the National Committee for the Planning and Construction of Preferred Housing Complexes.
In the heart of Rehovot’s Kiryat Moshe neighborhood: 42 detached residential units for demolition and the re construction of 720 units and commercial spaces.

Urban Renewal Projects
The Moshe Yatom Project, in Rehovot: 3,000 square meters of industrial buildings that are fully leased. As part of an urban renewal plan, a combined rental project of 5,000 square meters for commerce and employment and two residential towers with 124 apartments are built above them.
In Rehovot’s Center: Avilia plans and initiates an urban renewal project covering 12 dunams on Yaakov Binyamin Street. As part of the project, 304 apartments and 12,000 square meters of trade and employment centers will be built. In addition, work will be carried out to preserve 14 buildings that make up the historical heart of the Rehovot settlement. An ample public space will be developed between the buildings to be preserved and the residential and employment towers.
In Rehovot’s Dania Neighborhood: an evacuation-re construction project–involving the demolition of older housing buildings and construction of a new neighborhood that offers 630 apartments, commercial space, and public buildings, with full environmental development.
The Shekem Passage, in Rehovot’s Center: the project holds 54 apartments and 37 commercial units in four buildings. The planning consists of an underground parking lot, three commercial and employment floors in an area of 6,500 square meters, and two towers with 190 apartments above them.
The new Ramat Tayasim, in Tel Aviv: Avilia is planning a complex covering 17 dunams. The project will include the evacuation and demolition of 146 apartments, to be replaced by 500 apartments and commercial space.
Combination Transactions and TAMA 38/2 Projects Between Ashdod And Hadera: Avilia specializes in the initiation, planning, and construction of residential buildings as combination transactions within the framework of TAMA 38/2 as well as urban renewal projects.

Projects at the Kibbutzim
Kibbutz Yad Mordechai: the Group purchased 40 dunams and plans to build 40,000 square meters for commerce, employment, logistics, and small industry.
Kibbutz Sufa: the Group purchased 13 dunams and plans to build a commercial center, gas station, logistics and storage buildings on the site to cover an area of 5,500 square meters.

Projects in Cyprus
The Avilia Group established a subsidiary in Cyprus that is involved in real estate development – projects for residences and tourist complexes. The company, together with a local partner, is building the POSEIDON project on the seafront in Limassol – a boutique building that offers 13 luxurious apartments intended for sale. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
In the resort town of Ayia Napa, on an area of 38 dunams surrounded by a nature reserve near Nissi Beach and the new marina, Avilia is planning an ecological holiday village that incorporates sports facilities and 320 housing units intended for rent/sale.

Projects in Bulgaria
In the idyllic surroundings of Bulgaria’s lush nature reserves, just on the outskirts of the capital city, Sofia, the group is in the process of conceiving multiple residential projects.
