Boris Lemper, the Firm’s co-managing partner, served in the 1980s as a public notary with the first government notary office in Moscow, Russia. In 1994, Boris Lemper was called before the Israel Bar Association and in 1997, the Firm was established. Attorney Boris Lemper handles the field of real estate, litigation, commercial and inheritance laws. He also writes legal opinions on foreign law and serves as a legal advisor to Israeli and foreign companies and organizations operating in Israel, as well as to Israeli companies operating in the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Since 2018, Boris Lemper has also served as an arbitrator in cases involving civil disputes.
Olga Levin, the Firm’s other co-managing partner, was called before the Israel Bar Association in 1992. She handles real estate, personal status, and inheritance laws, and also serves as a notary. . Attorney Olga Levin also writes legal opinions on foreign law.
