Shoval Nachshon Execution Ltd. is one of Israel's leading construction contractors, handling the construction and development of multi-purpose mix-use buildings for industrial workshops, storage and commerce, public buildings, commercial centers, industrial facilities, underground parking areas, and offices. Most of the Company's operations focus on Design-Build (DB) projects, a method in which the Company developed particular expertise

The Company has extensive experience in the construction of complex buildings, and provides customers with a comprehensive solution for materializing their vision–including the planning, handling of all administrative aspects, including approvals and permits, initial and final planning, and turnkey execution until a population permit (form 4) is received.
The Company’s planning and execution experience in the dynamic and unexpected construction market enables it to prepare for and contend with a variety of events, to execute the customer’s vision accurately, with efficient execution solutions at the agreed-upon price and within schedule.

The Company holds a C5 “Unlimited” Contractor Classification in the Contractors’ Registrar.
The Company also has international ISO9001:2015 certification, for quality assurance, from the Israel Standards Organization.

This policy and the conceptual framework has enabled the Company to strongly emphasize its human resources and integrate advanced construction technologies in its projects.

Executive Management and Officers
President and Owner–Moshe Miller, the founder of Shoval Group, has headed the Group since 1985. Moshe Miller has vast experience managing and leading construction projects in Israel and abroad. He is active in initiating and developing residential and yielding property projects in Israel.
Partner and Owner–Shai Nachshon, a civil engineer by training, with broad knowledge and extensive experience in management, execution, planning, and permits. Shai Nachshon has longstanding expertise in executing complex engineering projects in public, residential and commercial construction projects in Israel and abroad.
CFO–CPA-Mordechai Popovitz, is responsible for the financial management of Shoval Group, and has vast executive experience in real estate.
Chief Engineer–Eran Druker, a civil engineer by training and a graduate of the Technion. Eran Druker has vast experience managing complex projects, including engineering coordination, during their execution.
Planning Director–Oren Shraga, a civil engineer by training with an additional degree in business administration.

The Company employs a technical team, engineers, and experienced work managers, to manage the execution at its various sites and a specialized unit for backing up the execution and public tenders. This team, alongside the Company’s administrative and procurement functions, manages a long list of suppliers, subcontractors, and professional and skilled consultants, all of a high level and with many years of contracting with the Company, and a complex logistics organization that supports the projects’ construction.

Notable Design and Build Projects
• Zim Urban Life, Kfar Saba – a commercial, light industry, storage, and server farm project with 100,000 square meters.
• Raisdor Bnei Brak – a commercial and office project using the execution planning method, with four floors of a common parking lot, two floors of a common commercial area, offering two buildings of 30 floors of offices each, with a total area of 100,000 square meters.
• 456 – a commercial and office building using the execution planning method. Three buildings of 10 floors each, a retail floor, three floors of a common parking lot, and a common commercial floor, with 58,000 square meters. The project was built for a purchase group.
• Flying Cargo Carmiel – a storage and logistics structure using the execution planning method, with 30,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters of galleries.
