Sheinfeld Properties and Investments Ltd. is involved in contracting entrepreneurship and developing quality residential projects, and over time, the Company has built up a rich resume in the real estate industry. Builders – and Donors:

The Company is owned by Israel Sheinfeld, who holds an LL.B. (Bachelor’s Degree in Law and an N.L.P. (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) degree. Israel Sheinfeld also serves as Chairman of the “Unifying Line” Non-Profit Organization that helps children with cancer, patients with rare syndromes, orphans, and families in need. The Non-Profit Organization assists and supports cancer patients and patients suffering from rare and incurable syndromes and diseases, by organizing holiday camps, events, and parties for patients and their families, thus easing their suffering even slightly.

Haya Sheinfeld serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sheinfeld Yetsiva Ltd. and as Manager of the “Unifying Line” Non-Profit Organization.

Legal Counsel:

Adv. Guy Battat, Corporate Legal Counsel – holds an LL.B. (Bachelor’s Degree in Law) and an M.B.A..(Master of Business Administration). Adv. Battat specializes in combination transactions, sales, TAMA projects, and more.

Adv. Sheri Neumann, Corporate Legal Counsel – holds an LL.B. (Bachelor’s Degree in Law), is an expert in real estate transactions in Israel and abroad, and has an established reputation in real estate management.

Prominent Projects Completed:

103 Herzl Street, Bnei Brak – The Company’s Flagship Project – a boutique building matching the standard of luxury towers, built in the heart of the vibrant ultra-Orthodox city. The project is noted for particularly rich technical specifications, considering every detail in the specification, from the basement to the roof, to ensure the best result for the residents who purchase luxury apartments in the boutique building. The Company provides residents with the opportunity to consult with the project architect and a special interior architect for the interior of new homes. The Company invests in impressive specifications and the most advanced technology available, ranging from floor to roof, sanitary equipment, kitchens, hardwood floors, a Shabbat elevator, and more.

20 Ha’Shnaim Street, Bnei Brak – The Company purchased the land as part of a combination transaction and built a 4-story building on the site, which offers nine beautiful and spacious new apartments, including a penthouse apartment.

18 Ha’Shnaim Street, Bnei Brak – a transaction that the Company just closed. A unique project is planned to be built in Bnei Brak, with a significant investment in the lobby and a Shabbat elevator extension, something extraordinary in that city. The Company built a dedicated entrance on each floor for the wellness of the residents, who can store various objects and leave the main lobby accessible and inviting. Video surveillance cameras will also be set up in the building.

Other Projects Now Being Planned:

1-3 Dov Hoz, Bnei Brak – the Company is planning a high-rise building and commercial space.

1 Shalosh Ha’Shaot, Bnei Brak – a high-rise building.

Ein Gedi, Kiryat Matalon Petah Tikva – a luxurious villa complex.

Urban Renewal Projects:

1 HaSitvanit, Petach Tikva – A TAMA 38/1 project (strengthening and construction). The Company will add 2.5 floors and seven new apartments in a more senior building with eight older apartments. The project is currently under construction and residents will benefit from significant renovations such as a balcony, an additional room, a reinforced security room, and a state-of-the-art elevator.

23 Asirei Zion, Ra’anana – the Company’s flagship urban renewal project, built with the help of the Michlol Fund. As part of this project, the Company is adding 12 new apartments to the 16 older apartments, with a total investment estimated at NIS 25 million. Residents can enjoy magnificent changes like a balcony, an extra bedroom, a reinforced security room and a state-of-the-art elevator. Construction will start shortly.

Special Fencing for the Construction Sites

Against the background of the accelerated construction boom in Israeli cities, particularly the extensive urban renewal, one can now find active construction sites that pollute the streets. Therefore, and against the background of the world of values, giving, and solidarity that Israel Sheinfeld seeks to promote, the Company has fenced the construction sites where it operates. On Ha’Shnaim St. in Bnei Brak, the fences relate the moral ideas that appear in Pirkei Avot. On HaSitvanit St. in Ra’anana, the fencing will include photos of the buildings of charities that work in the city. The Company intends to pursue and complete all its projects in the spirit of its moral and social values.
