About Rakia Urban Renewal

Rakia is an entrepreneurial contracting company with contractor classification, specializing in urban renewal in Israel's center. Since its establishment in 2015, Rakia has gained extensive experience initiating and executing TAMA 38/1 (strengthening and expansion) and TAMA 38/2 (demolition and construction) projects. Rakia knows that during the execution of an urban renewal project, the apartment owners feel uncertain and have heavy concerns. Therefore, Rakia works with them and undertakes the entire construction process itself, from the planning stage to occupancy, and even after delivering the keys to the residents.

Rakia considers the close relationship between itself and the apartment owners to be of the utmost value and believes that this is the right recipe for adapting the apartments to the needs of the residents. Rakia believes that the success of a project stems from the high quality of the planning, execution, and customer service.
Rakia sees an entire world in every project and understands that only self-execution of the projects it leads allows it to commit to precise scheduling, planning, and quality at the highest level, with strict supervision over the architectural design, the contractors and workers, and meticulous involvement in every detail in the planning and construction stages.

Everything under one roof – all project processes are carried out and attended to by Rakia’s work teams, from identifying the transactions, signing the agreement with the tenants, to eventual occupancy of the apartments.
The apartment owners are partners in the process – the apartment owners enjoy close personal support with full transparency throughout the entire process, while the returns they deserve are maximized.
