The Group is headed Uzi Naaman, a graduate of the Faculty of Exact Sciences – School of Physics at Tel Aviv University. He has been involved in real estate for three decades. Residential – A.D.A Tamir Initiative and Construction Ltd. – is the company that coordinates residential projects of the Group, and through this company, the Group has initiated ‘some 110 new housing units in Netanya and Afula.
“VIEW” Tower in Netanya – The project includes a luxury boutique tower of 21 floors, which is located on the coast in the NT 600 district of Netanya. This is a new and exclusive district, which is characterized by residents of higher socioeconomic status, who benefit from extensive community services. The tower is located on B’nei Binyamin Street, which is the NT 600 district’s quietest and highest quality street. The residents enjoy spectacular views, and within walking distance, they will find the “Park Ha’Slulit.” The residents also have quick access to shopping malls in Ir Yamim and the Poleg industrial zone, located just a few minutes. Also, nearby is the Beit Yehoshua railway station which allows locals to be in Tel Aviv within 20 minutes.
The tower has 21-floors, with the 1-14 floors built within the framework of two separate towers, and each floor has only one unit. A glass-covered bridge connects the towers, offering privacy for each unit. “Alpha” Towers, in Afula – The “Alpha” Towers project is a complex of three modern buildings in Afula’s the new “Jezreel Valley District.” The project is in an excellent location – facing a large park and in an in-demand area, walking distance from public institutions, education, health, and commercial buildings, with excellent access to public transportation and easy access to major transportation arteries.
The project, which was designed by Architect Avi Rosengarten, offers three buildings of eight floors each, with three units on each floor, built to the highest construction standards. The project offers a wide range of units of assorted sizes, all on one level with no interior stairs.
A.D.N. (N.G.) Capital Ltd. – This company built the Netanya coastline’s most prestigious tower.
The “Infinity” Tower – is located 200 meters from the beach, and offers endless panoramic sea views. Two huge units on each floor, each with a balcony of 50 square meters. The tower’s services include a luxurious lobby, a huge swimming pool, gym, concierge and more. The tower will be built to a standard not seen in luxury towers in Israel.

Commercial Real Estate
The Group’s other companies are active in initiating commercial income – generating real estate projects. The Group owns thousands of square meters of commercial space throughout the country and its customer list includes the State of Israel; local municipalities; the Clalit, Leumit and Maccabi health maintenance organizations; various banks including Leumi, and Otsar Ha’Hayal; various pharms such as Super-Pharm and New Pharm; and retailers such as Victory, Mega, McDonald’s, and many more.
The Group also owns a commercial center located in Israel’s north, in partnership with the Phoenix Insurance Company.
