Urban Renewal
The Multiland Group is active in TAMA 38 projects through its Multiland Urban Renewal subsidiary and is promoting 12 projects in Tel Aviv, which are in various planning and execution stages.

The Apartment Owners are Full Partners in the Construction Process
“Inspired by People” – the Group considers the apartment owners as leading and full partners in the construction process. All needs and desires of the building’s tenants are thoroughly examined, and the renovation process is done in an entirely personal and ongoing dialogue with the tenants to create a pleasant living environment, which will significantly improve the quality and standard of their lives. The Group works under full transparency with the tenants throughout the entire process. Each tenant knows from the beginning what he will receive while clearly coordinating expectations.

Collaboration With Leading Architects
In many projects in Tel Aviv, the Group combines modern and preserved historical elements. All projects, including demolition and construction projects, have a unique and imposing design line.
To produce projects with exceptional design visibility, Multiland Group works with leading architectural offices. Among the architects with whom the Group collaborates are Prof. Nizza Samuk, Gidi Bar Oryan, Yaniv Prado, and Price Piltzer Yavitz.
