Corporate: The firm has vast experience in the domestic and international markets in commercial and corporate law, in the context of which it provides legal advice to the country’s leading businesses. Litigation: The firm handles civil, commercial and administrative litigation in a wide spectrum of areas, in all tiers. In addition, the firm represents parties in arbitration and mediation proceedings and acts as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator in a variety of disputes.
Health & Life Sciences: The firm has a particular specialization in health law, which includes a variety of legal and regulatory matters raised by health care providers and insureds, including public health, health-care administration, supplementary health insurance, medical equipment and devices, utilization of big-data, health legislation and regulation etc.
Real Estate: The firm has vast knowledge and experience in all areas of real estate, including transactions for purchase, sale and leasing of real estate, construction projects, planning and licensing procedures, planning and construction offences, project financing and ownership disputes.
Banking & Financing: The firm advises banks and institutional bodies in relation to credit, securities and financing (project financing and otherwise).
