Kan Binui Urban Innovation is an entrepreneurship and construction company specializing in the establishment of residential projects and the field of urban renewal throughout Israel. Since its establishment in 2010, the Company has successfully initiated and carried out many quality projects and housed hundreds of happy families in their new homes. Over time, Kan Binui has gained much experience in many projects in the field of urban renewal–evacuation - reconstruction under the TAMA 38/2 framework and/or plans according to Section 23 of TAMA 38 as well as evacuation-reconstruction complexes pursuant to the Company's municipal building plan efforts

Through its extensive experience, professionalism, and reputation, the Company is effective in promoting bureaucratic processes with local authorities and has earned the trust of its clients and suppliers. The Company’s professionals and work teams are leaders in the construction field in Israel. All work efforts are carried out with the full cooperation of the land rights holders. Company management is directly involved in all construction processes, manages them, and supervises them strictly and daily.

Management
Ori Niazov, Chief Executive Officer and Founder – heads up the entrepreneurship and development field. A lawyer by training with over 15 years of experience in the Israeli real estate field, Ori Niazov also specializes and lectures in the field of urban renewal.
Gabi Yakar, Chief Executive Officer and Founder – heads up the construction division. Gabi Yakar has over 25 years of experience in construction, engineering, and execution.
CPA Daniela Badlov, Financial Manager – Daniela Badlov has many years of experience managing money at various companies and today manages the Company’s financial system.
CPA Baruch Bengayev, Purchasing Manager – Baruch Bengayev has many years of experience in financial management for commercial and public companies and serves as purchasing manager for all activity channels.

Financial Stability
The capital required to carry out the projects comes from the Company’s independent sources, as it owns many income-generating properties. With its financial strength and solid financial backing, Kan Binui provides all required guarantees and collaterals for each project within the framework of closed bank supervision by one of the five leading banks in the Israeli economy.

Leading Projects Available for Sale
13-19 Professor Shor, Holon – 16 units will be demolished and replaced by 88 new units in two 7-story buildings, including the ground floor. 3-room units, 5-room units, and garden units are offered.
5 and 7 Knesset, Holon – 10 units will be demolished and replaced by two buildings of 7 floors, each including the ground floor, with 46 new units.
13 Hashomer, Holon – a 3-story building with 24 units, will be demolished and will be replaced by two buildings of 10 floors each, including the ground floor, with 74 new units.

In Tel Aviv:
“HaShaked Square” (28,30 and 32 Zalman Shazar Street and 19, 21, and 23 HaShaked Street) – Neve Ofer neighborhood center close-by the light rail route – involving the demolition of 80 units and the construction of 240 new units in 3 10 to 19-floor buildings, above ground floor. The project offers 3-room to 5-room units as well as penthouse units. The project will also provide commercial and public space on the ground level.
“Shazar” Complex (48,50,52,54,56 and 58, Zalman Shazar Complex) – Neve Ofer neighborhood close by the light rail route – involving the demolition of 48 units and construction of 120 new units in 3 buildings of 9 floors each above ground level. The project will offer 3-room to 5-room units, as well as penthouse units.
1,3 Hadekel, Neve Ofer neighborhood close by the light rail route – involving demolishing 32 units and constructing 82 new units in two 9-story buildings above ground level. The project will offer 3-room to 5-room units and penthouse, duplex, and garden units. The project will also provide commercial space on the ground level.
