Towers Holdings & Development Ltd., a leading nationwide entrepreneurship and real estate execution company, was established in 2012 by Eli Genis and Yaniv Bell, both business executives specializing in initiating and building unique residential projects.

During its years of operation, Towers has built hundreds of housing units in saturated construction and ground-level construction buildings, the vast majority in Hadera, and has gained a reputation as a highly professional and reliable company.

Entrepreneurship and Execution Under One Roof
One secret of the Company’s strength stems from serving as an entrepreneur and execution contractor. This combination, under one roof, gives the Company’s customers the confidence that Towers Holdings’ employees will work with them to complete the project. At any given moment, they will have an address for inquiries and requests.
The combination of entrepreneurship and execution gives a significant advantage to the Company itself. It allows its management to control schedules and closely monitor the work at all stages – in the planning and construction phase, in implementing plans in the field, dealing with unforeseen planning difficulties, and complex engineering problems. The combination also allows the Company to offer buyers attractive and fair prices.

Quality, Reliability, and Personal Customer Service
The Company’s owners and managers, Eli Genis and Yaniv Bell, wanted to bring a new message to the real estate market – reliability and professional service at the highest level while putting apartment buyers at the center as an essential factor in any project. The two also emphasize aesthetics and design and, for this purpose, hire leading architects who design impressive and prestigious projects for them.
Indeed, Towers Holdings stresses providing its customers with the highest quality and most designed apartments while paying attention to the minor details in the planning and execution stages, meeting schedules and commitments, and maintaining professionalism, reliability, and personal, warm, and dedicated service.

The Company’s staff includes of engineers, supervisors, and hired construction workers. The Company also employs subcontractors (depending on the project’s needs). The professional and dedicated employees available to the Company allow it to advance the schedule and finish projects ahead of the expected and required date in the agreement with the buyers, a rare phenomenon in the residential construction industry.

Towers Holdings enjoys solid financial stability. “We can identify the most lucrative real estate opportunities, and we avoid taking unnecessary risks,” explain Genis and Bel as to the reasons for the Company’s financial situation. Selected Projects
SOHO – a unique residential complex (four buildings), facing green fields and a park of dreams, close to shopping, recreation, and leisure centers, and accessible to the exit roads from the city.
Adni Paz, Hadera on the Sea – a luxury project in the Givat Olga district that includes a 9-story residential building and 27 housing units. The project was ahead of schedule and delivered to the buyers to their full satisfaction.
Beit Yosef – a prestigious project in the center of Hadera’s piazza that includes commercial and office areas and 55 luxury apartments that are particularly spacious and have rich technical specifications in two 8 and 9-story residential buildings.
TOWERS HAGIBORIM – a boutique building with 6 stories and 19 housing units at the corner of Hagiborim and Schmidt corner. Luxurious design with rich technical specifications.
10 Sheshet Hayamim – a 5-story boutique building with only 2 apartments per floor. The building is on a central street, only a few minutes walk from entertainment and shopping centers, health funds, and educational institutions.
Jabotinsky – a boutique project located only a few minutes away from educational, cultural and leisure institutions. 11 housing units, including a particularly spacious and luxurious penthouse.
Buxtein House – a quality project being built facing the Founders’ Garden in the city. A 7-story building that includes 11 housing units. The building was built using advanced methods, covered with luxurious marble that gives it an awe-inspiring appearance. Emphasis was also placed on environmental development in the design of a landscape architect.
NEW SOHO – the first urban renewal residential project in Hadera, 21 stories, 3 parking basements, a commercial ground floor, and 120 housing units. Form 4 was received in April 2023.

Projects in Advanced Execution Stages
20 Tzahal, East &More – a 19-story tower with an innovative and modern architectural design intended for residential purposes (96 housing units), commerce (1,000 square meters), and offices (2,210 square meters). The project is at the eastern entrance to the city and near the exits to Highways 2,4 and 6 and to the Hadera East train station.
15 Smilansky – eviction-construction project in the city’s center. The construction includes a 3-story parking basement, a double commercial floor, three office floors, and two residential towers of 20 stories each.
Nova – Jerusalem St., Hadera – detached, 10 housing units, in a pastoral and quiet place, with careful planning and rich specifications.
Avior, Hadera – detached two-family houses, garden apartments and roof apartments in a quiet and central street. Focused planning and rich specification.
The “Hagiborim” Project – detached, 5 housing units in the city’s heart, in a pastoral and quiet place, with careful planning and rich specifications.
The “Ben Zvi” Project – a 5-story boutique building with 14 housing units. The building was built using advanced methods with an emphasis on environmental development.
