Haham & Orzach, Law Office was founded in 1999 by Adv. Yossi Haham and Adv. Amikam Orzach, both certified lawyers since 1996. The office is located in Kiryat Motzkin and is recognized as a leading firm in its areas of practice in Israel's Northern Region and countrywide, and is rated by the leading rating guides.

The firm’s main areas of practice
Labor and Employment Law – the firm provides comprehensive legal services in all aspects of labor and employment law including private, collective, criminal and administrative labor law matters, for both employees and employers. The firm’s labor and employment law department provides a broad spectrum of services, including litigation services, legal advice on employment related matters and taxation, payroll accounting, etc. The department is coordinated by Adv. Yossi Haham who has extensive experience of more than twenty years in the field of labor and employment law and also lectures and authors books in this area of practice.
Land and Real Estate Law – The firm provides legal services in all aspects of land and real estate law, including real estate taxation. The firm represents and offers broad legal services to real estate entrepreneurs, contractors and private clients, including contract drafting, registration of transactions and condominiums, complex transaction such as combination deals, all range of urban renewal projects such as evacuation and building and TAMA 38, planning and construction procedures, etc. The department is coordinated by Adv. Amikam Orzach who has extensive experience of more than twenty years in the field of Land and Real Estate Law

Partners and senior advocates:
Founding partner- Yossi Haham, Advocate, Notary & Mediator: Yossi has been practicing law since 1996. He holds a LLB (with honors) from Haifa University and a LLM in commercial law from Tel Aviv University. In addition he has a broad economic and financial education, holding a MBA (with honors) from the College of Management and a MSc (Finance)(with honors) from the New York University, USA.
Yossi lectures at various universities and colleges on various topics of labor and employment law and business and corporate law. In addition, he manages and coordinates the Training of Managers Program within the framework of the External Studies Unit at the University of Haifa.
Since 2015 Yossi served as deputy chairman of the Israel Bar Association. Previously, he served as a member of the Central Committee and of the National Council of the Bar Association, until June 2015 he also served as Chairman of the Haifa District Committee of the Israel Bar Association, and held various other public positions. Yossi currently serves as judge in the National Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association. He also serves as deputy chairman of the National Labor Forum of the Israel Bar Association. Adv. Yossi Haham coordinates the firm’s activity in the field of labor and employment law, corporate law, intellectual property law and litigation services.
Founding partner- Amikam Orzach, Advocate & Notary: Amikam is a member of the Israeli bar since 1996. He holds a LLB from Bar Ilan University, Tel Aviv. Amikam interned in a law firm specialized in Land and Real Estate Law. He lectured in the field of Land and Real Estate Law within the framework of the External Studies Unit at the University of Haifa. Amikam served in senior positions in the Haifa District Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, including Deputy Chairman of the Real Estate Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Planning and Construction Committee. Adv. Orzach has extensive experience in managing complex real estate transactions and entrepreneurship and also in the field of planning and construction, business licensing, real estate taxation, guardianship, estates and wills.
Adv. Amikam Orzach coordinates the firm’s activity in the field of Land and Real Estate Law, including real estate taxation and planning and construction.
Senior advisor- Joel Ratner, Adv, CPA: Adv. Joel Ratner is a Certified Public Accountant holding a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1985). He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Ono Academic College (2007). Prior to joining the firm, Yoel held various senior positions, including manager and partner with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in a project of examinations for senior payroll accountants, being the program’s initiator and actual manager. He also served as Director of the College of Auditing, Accounting and Tax Studies. He has also served as accountant and finance manager in commercial and industrial companies and has authored a number of books and articles in the field of taxation, accounting and payroll.
Joel Ratner, Adv. (CPA) is a labor inspector accredited by the Ministry of Labor.
Joel Ratner, Adv (CPA) serves as the firm’s senior advisor in the areas of taxation, business entrepreneurship, labor law, payroll audits, accounting and payroll.
Mihaela Soicher, Advocate: Mihaela is a member of the Israeli Bar since 2006. She is also licensed to practice law in Romania since 2005.
Mihaela holds a LLB from ‘Al. I. Cuza’ University of Jassy, Romania and a LLM from the National University of Singapore. In 2005-2006 she interned in our firm. Following her internship, she held various positions abroad, including South Korea, Singapore and Thailand. Mihaela has extensive experience in working with Asian cultures. Mihaela deals with various aspects of Israeli and Romanian law and specializes in business law in Israel and abroad, including Romania, international contracts and transactions, land and real estate law, planning and construction, real estate taxation, intellectual property, inheritances and estates, guardianship and general legal advice.
