• “Merkaz Ha’ir Real Estate” – specializes in locating, promoting, and improving residential real estate, rezoning, and the construction of buildings within the urban renewal and general projects framework.
• “Nof Ha’ir Engineering” – management and supervision of projects from the planning stage, through execution and delivery. Integrative management, which includes operative, planning, statutory (licensing), and financial aspects.
• “Merkaz Ha’ir Purchase Groups” – organization and management of purchasing groups.

52 Shenkin, Tel Aviv – a boutique building slated for preservation in the heart of Tel Aviv • Reinforcement and addition project (a TAMA 38/1 project) • Construction of 8 new apartments, apart from the 5 existing apartments. The project is nearing occupancy.
40 Yesod HaMa’ala, Tel Aviv-Jaffa – a Purchase Group project • Construction of 10 new apartments, apart from the 12 existing apartments, located in South Tel Aviv’s Neve Shannan neighborhood.

Demolish & Reconstruction Complexes Under Development
The Halperin Complex – Weizman–Rishon LeZion – 8 dunams offering 62 apartments in 5 buildings • The complex is in the heart of the city center’s older Abramovich neighborhood • 210 new apartments are to be built in the complex.
Balfour Complex – Bat Yam – 10 dunams offering 166 apartments in 13 buildings • Within walking distance of the sea and extensive public parks • 450 new apartments are to be built in the new complex, which will offer 4 mixed-use towers (residential and commercial).
