• “Merkaz Ha’ir Real Estate” – specializes in locating, promoting, and improving residential real estate, rezoning, and the construction of buildings within the urban renewal and general projects framework.
• “Nof Ha’ir Engineering” – management and supervision of projects from the planning stage, through execution and delivery. Integrative management, which includes operative, planning, statutory (licensing), and financial aspects.
• “Merkaz Ha’ir Purchase Groups” – organization and management of purchasing groups.

The Halperin Complex – Weizman–Rishon LeZion – 8 dunams offering 62 apartments in 5 buildings • The complex is in the heart of the city center’s older Abramovich neighborhood • 210 new apartments are to be built in the complex.
Balfour Complex – Bat Yam – 10 dunams offering 166 apartments in 13 buildings • Within walking distance of the sea and extensive public parks • 450 new apartments are to be built in the new complex, which will offer 4 mixed-use towers (residential and commercial).

8 Sara Malkin, Herzliya – a TAMA 38/2 project • Construction of 21 new apartments apart from the 6 existing apartments • The project is in advanced licensing stages, and just before receiving a permit.
29 Kore HaDorot, Jerusalem – a TAMA 38/1 project • a boutique building in Jerusalem’s Arnona neighborhood • Construction of 5 new apartments apart from the 6 existing apartments. The project has received a conditional permit.
34 Hatakoma, Tel Aviv Jaffa – a TAMA 38/2 Project • Construction of 36 new apartments to replace 17 existing apartments • Now in the licensing stages for a building permit.
