Buildup is a fully owned BST Construction subsidiary and specializes in the finishing work of luxury towers and complex, large-scale public and commercial projects that are executed to the highest standards.
BST Development has been a building contractor since 1972, building thousands of housing units throughout the country. The Company recently won Ministry of Finance tenders for affordable housing construction projects in Atlit, Carmiel and Tirat Ha’Carmel, and intends to capitalize on its high standards, professional knowhow and experience in this new sector.
BST Development, part of the BST Group, specializes in the development and construction of prestigious large-scale projects, including apartment towers, shopping malls, and commercial centers. BST has successfully planned, executed, and delivered thousands of apartments, as well as luxury towers for thousands of satisfied tenants over the years, including the Galei Carmel in Tirat Ha’Carmel (20 floors); Or Yam; the Savyon residential tower in Ramat Gan (34 floors); the Savyon Platinum residential tower (26 floors) in Ramat Gan; the Savyonei Kfar Saba residential neighborhood; residential towers in Haifa; as well as other projects. Some of the projects were executed in cooperation with notable investor groups. BST Development has also designed and constructed commercial projects such as the “Big Fashion” shopping mall in Nazareth.
BST International is involved in overseas real estate investments, primarily in Canada.
