Bartov & Co. is a leading boutique law firm established by Attorney Amir Bartov. The Firm practices in insolvency, corporate recoveries, capital market arrangements, economic litigation, shareholder disputes, merger and acquisition agreements, and financing agreements.

Attorney Bartov channels the rich professional experience he has accumulated over his 25 years of legal practice for the benefit of his clients. He completed his internship term at the Tel Aviv District Court with the Honourable Justice Esther Kobo. From 1996 through 2016, he served as a senior partner at Lipa Meir & Co., and from 2017 through 2021 served as a senior partner at Shimonov & Co. At the Firm he founded about a year ago, he serves as Founding Partner.

Attorney Bartov represented Africa-Israel Investments in both of its settlements – in 2009 as representative of the bondholders and in 2016 as representative of the Company itself.
Over time, Attorney Bartov has also represented the Zeevi Group, the IDB Group, Kardan NV, Delek Real Estate, Hadassah Hospital, Israel Post, most investors of the Kela Fund, the Cal Auto Leasing Group, the Luzon Group, and Dori Construction.
He has also served as an official in several complex cases: as a trustee of Mega Retail Ltd. For many clients, he has led recovery, settlement, and extremely complex collection and dismantling procedures.
Today, the Bartov & Co. Law Firm represents All Year, which issued bonds in Israel to the extent of NIS 2.5 billion, in recovery and settlement procedures, including ongoing activity with insolvency procedures in the US and the British Virgin Islands.
The Firm also deals with bankruptcies of individuals, some of them businesspeople who have run into difficulties.

Pro Bono Activity
For disabled customers, the Firm’s legal counsel is completely voluntary. The Firm offers its pro bono advice and represents bankrupt debtors who cannot get adequate legal representation. These clients are referred to the office by an Association, and the legal advice is offered in recognition of the importance of its contribution to the community.

Attorney Bartov holds a LL.B. from Bar Ilan University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and an LL.M., after also graduating with excellence.
Attorney Bartov lectures at various forums, including academic colleges, the Israel Bar and the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
