Atrium Urban Development specializes in initiating real estate projects and is one of Israel's leading urban renewal boutique companies. The Company's activities include various TAMA 38 and evacuation-construction projects in Gush Dan and Israel's Center, with a focus on Tel Aviv-Jaffa. The Company is currently promoting over 20 projects.

Atrium was established in 1999 and has extensive real estate activity abroad, including residential projects and commercial centers in Europe and the United States. Within this framework, the Atrium has completed projects involving over 1,300 apartments alongside the initiation, maintenance, and management of commercial centers with 130 thousand square meters for leasing purposes. Since 2012, Atrium has invested in the launch of residential and income-generating projects – in the area of residential leasing – in New York City and the Midwest of the United States.

The Controlling Owners and Management
Michael Israeli is a respected real estate developer with extensive experience of over 20 years. An architect by training and a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Technion, Michael, through the Atrium Group, develops and leads projects in urban renewal in Tel Aviv and Israel’s center. He has also founded several other companies operating abroad, including ATRIUM CENTERS, which was involved in the development, construction, and maintenance of income-generating commercial real estate properties in Europe; Atrium Residence, which is involved in residential real estate properties and the maintenance of income-generating properties in the United States; and Vibe Properties, which develops exclusive residential projects in Eastern Europe.
Yael Argaman is a Cardiff University graduate with over 20 years of experience in her field. She is the founder of the Casiopea Group, an international planning company that has been active since 2001 and is one of the Atrium Group Companies. Under her leadership, Casiopea has designed and completed many commercial center projects, mixed-use projects-including offices and hotels,-and residential projects involving over 20,000 apartments while operating in many countries such as Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, and other countries, and in collaboration with leading Israeli and European companies such as Mivne, Ashstrom, BIG, Plaza Centers, Red Sea Hotels, Africa Israel, Housing and Construction (“Shikun and Binui”), Solel Bone and more.
Tom Zmira is an entrepreneur with extensive and in-depth experience of over ten years in real estate, including engineering management of projects, execution, licensing, business development, and working with authorities and tenants. Tom is a graduate of civil engineering studies at Shenkar and is a project manager certified by the Technion. Today, he serves as Vice President and Partner of the Atrium Group and leads many varied urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv and Israel’s center.

Atrium advocates maintaining a regular dialogue with the apartment owners, and as a result, the management team, including its Chief Executive Officer and Vice President, are always available for the apartment owners and tenants, while understanding, listening, and being sensitive to their needs and requests.

Selected Projects
The YAPI complex, Jaffa – Atrium is promoting a large-scale urban renewal project in Jaffa, in the Pa’amonit, Kehillat Canada, and Hinanit district, which includes a complex of seven buildings, covering an area of 10 dunams, within the framework of which, 226 apartments will be built alongside an entire renovation of the development areas and their transformation into a park in the center of the complex. Some buildings will be strengthened within the framework of TAMA 38/1, and some will be under the demolition and construction program within the framework of TAMA 38/2. This project is considered Atrium’s flagship project and is undertaken in partnership with the Amram Avraham Company (a public company).
Mania Ve Yisrael 13 Shochat, North Tel Aviv – a TAMA project 38/1. The project is located in Tel Aviv’s Ramat Aviv district, and 2.5 floors will be added to the existing building, including 10 apartments (8 luxury apartments of 5 rooms and 2 penthouses). The project is in advanced stages of construction, and its completion is expected in 2024.
61-69 Moshe Sharett, Azor (The Tower Project On The Park) – a project under the evacuation-construction concept. Atrium will vacate a housing building from the 1960s that includes 36 apartments and build a project that combines textured construction with a prestigious and advanced 25-story tower with 116 apartments, with a ground floor for public use. The project is in the advanced planning stage and after the signing of over 95% of the apartment owners.
41 Basel, Tel Aviv – a TAMA 38/2 project. The project is located in the heart of District 3, in Tel Aviv’s “old north” neighborhood. Under the project, an existing 4-story 15 apartments, will be demolished, and a 6.5-story, 24 apartments tower will be built.
13 Struck Street, Tel Aviv – a TAMA 38/2 project. The project is located in the heart of District 4, in Tel Aviv’s “new north” neighborhood. Under the project, an existing 4-story, 13-apartment building will be demolished, and a 7.5-story, 23-apartment building will be built.
8 Aliyat HaNo’ar, Tel Aviv – a TAMA project 38/2. The project is located in District 9 in the heart of Tel Aviv’s Nachalat Yitzhak neighborhood. Under the project, a 4-story, 12-apartment building will be demolished, and a 10-story, 27-apartment building will be built.
1 Gala’init, Tel Aviv–a TAMA 38/2 project in Tel Aviv’s developing Jaffa “D” neighborhood. Under the project, a 4-story building with 32 apartments will be demolished, to be replaced by a 10-story building with 62 apartments.
5 Gala’init, Tel Aviv–a TAMA 38/2 project in Tel Aviv’s developing Jaffa “D” neighborhood. Under the project, a 4-story building with 32 apartments will be demolished, to be replaced by a 10-story building with 72 apartments.
2 Golomb, Herzliya–a TAMA 38/2 project in the heart of Herzliya’s Green Herzliya neighborhood. Under the project, a 4-story 12 apartments building will be demolished, to be replaced by an 8-story building with 28 apartments.
18 Yirmiyahu, Tel Aviv – a prestigious TAMA 38/1 project in the heart of Tel Aviv’s District 3. Atrium will add 2 stories to an existing 3.5-story building.
