Commercial-Corporate Litigation – The Firm represents its clients in all legal tribunals, from the magistrates’ courts to the Supreme Court. The team provides legal support and representation in many commercial and corporate disputes. It has extensive experience in managing technology and venture capital disputes, including conflicts between founders, disputes surrounding the implementation of investment agreements, and disputes with officers. The Firm has extensive experience in legal disputes concerning conflicts between shareholders and control struggles, disputes concerning securities (including derivative claims and class actions ), financial, contractual, and proprietary disputes, including disputes concerning intellectual property rights.

Arbitration and Mediation – Achiad Harel is an arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes. The Firm also represents clients in arbitration and mediation procedures in complex commercial disputes. Achiad Harel holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, an LL.M. from Bar Ilan University, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. He has taken part in advanced professional development courses in insolvency, debt settlement, and corporate recovery at New York University (NYU), and is a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2004.
