About A. Adler Properties Ltd.

For over 20 years, the Adler Group has specialized in real estate entrepreneurship, building management and construction, construction additions, and urban renewal. The Group, owned and managed by Robert Elmaliach and Adriana Schechter, his daughter, is one of the first pioneering companies in Israel in the field of urban renewal, and already by 2009, it had completed one of the first projects [n Israel along the TAMA 38/1 track - a project at 10-12 Katznelson St. in Rishon LeZion. Over time, the Adler Group has earned a sterling reputation with an emphasis on all facets of urban renewal - TAMA 38/1 (reinforcement), TAMA 38/ 2 (evacuation and construction), and building clearance. The Group is distinguished by its uncompromising quality construction, and the execution of projects to the satisfaction of all parties involved

The Group’s I believe Motto–its Tenants.
The Adler Group has championed the qualities of excellence in real estate entrepreneurship and provides tenants with a personal, familial, and warm attitude, with uncompromising professionalism. Considering its rich experience in the field, the Group can work on any project from the stage of conceptual formation to the end of the construction process. This ability gives the tenants of the projects it builds the reassuring knowledge that they have one address for inquiries, from the moment the contract is signed to receiving the key.
Because complex urban renewal projects require close cooperation with the tenants and the rights holders, the Group invests in its relationship with the tenants while ensuring high-level availability and responding to the requirements and problems of every tenant. This contact is made directly and independently by a senior representative on behalf of the Group, who is the primary address for the tenants throughout the contract’s life. The Group is completely transparent with the tenants and updates them at every stage throughout the project’s life. All this is done and is based on the Group’s perception that the tenants are partners in everything, and if the project succeeds to their satisfaction, they will become ambassadors of the Group.

Financial Robustness and Top-Notch Professionals.
The Group has the financial strength, professional experience, and resources to promote and complete its many projects while cooperating with the buildings’ tenants. It invests meaningful efforts and resources to make it easier for the tenants in all project phases. It employs the best architects, contractors, and an entire staff of professionals who are experts in their fields in order to carry out and complete projects of uncompromising quality. Its reputation is its driving force, and it works to preserve it with the understanding that the residents of the various buildings are its ambassadors and active partners in the project and its success.
The knowledge and experience gained by the Adler Group, after many years of working in the field, allow it to successfully deal with complex projects from an engineering point of view.
The Adler Group is ranked as a leader in all urban renewal indicators.
