The Legal Team
Moshe Gabizon – Firm owner and founder. Holds an LL.B academic degree awarded by the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University. Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1984 and a Certified Notary since 1999. Advocate Moshe Gabizon has years of experience in managing cases in various areas of law and representing clients in different judicial instances throughout Israel.
Yosef Gabizon – Holds a LL. B (Honors) academic degree awarded by Ono Academic College and an LL.M. academic degree awarded by Bar Ilan University under its Family Law and Mediation track. He has been qualified as a mediator in family matters since 2015 and is also qualified to issue Continuing Power of Attorney status on behalf of the Administrator General of the Ministry of Justice. In 2018, he was called before the Israel Bar Association.
Yosef Gabizon serves in various professional positions at the Central District of the Israel Bar Association.
Yael Fisher – Holds LL. B and LL.M. academic degrees awarded by Bar Ilan University under its Family Law and Mediation track. Certified as a Family Mediator since 2010 by the Israel Bar Association and certified to issue Continuing Power of Attorney status on behalf of the Administrator General of the Ministry of Justice.
In 2005, Yael Fischer was called before the Israel Bar Association.
Livnat Ben-Gigi – Holds a LL.B. academic degree awarded by Ono Academic College. In 2017, Livnat Ben Gigi was called before the Israel Bar Association.
Livnat Ben Gigi heads up the Firm’s Execution Department.
Dana Siboni – Holds a LL.B. academic degree awarded by the Peres Academic Center.
In 2020, Dana Siboni was called before the Israel Bar Association.
