Activity Throughout The Country
After extensive and established operations in the Jerusalem area and the ripening of the economic conditions in the periphery for urban renewal, the Group began promoting real estate projects in other areas throughout the country and recently launched a branch in Israel’s north.

Selected Projects For 2023
The Group is currently active in 50 projects throughout Israel, most of which are in Jerusalem, including 8,000 housing units in the planning and construction stages and 50,000 square meters for commercial and office purposes.

Selected projects:
• 1,200 new housing units are planned by the Group for Jerusalem’s Katmonim neighborhood in four evacuation-reconstruction projects.
• Three residential and commercial complexes in the Har Huma neighborhood were acquired in 2022 at a cost of NIS 105 million. 240 new housing units will be built.
• A project located in Hadera that covers 52 dunams in a major transaction of NIS 265 million. During Phase 1, 500 new housing units will be built.
• 500 housing units for rental purposes in Pisgat Ze’ev and a commercial center. The land was acquired at a cost of over NIS 100 million.
• 700 new housing units in Tirat Ha’Carmel are planned as part of an extensive evacuation-reconstruction project.
• 20,000 square meters of employment space – “Beit Omer,” a prestigious office tower in the Givat Shaul neighborhood on Jerusalem’s central business axis. This is a perfect location near the entrance, next to government offices, courts, and more.
