The Dream Israel Group is, in fact, a holding company that amalgamates some 20 companies, each of which is responsible for several projects, as well as a management and supervision company, a marketing company, and a financing company – all jointly owned. In light of Dream Israel’s success, in 2015, various private investor groups from France and the United States joined, allowing the Group to benefit from a broad financial backing that will enable it to initiate projects of any economic scope.

The Dream Israel Group is active in every project, from the initiation and development phase to its successful completion. The Group employs and manages the best professionals in their field, including engineers, construction supervisors, project managers, licensing managers, a tenant-relations manager, an investor-relations manager, a tenant-changes architect, marketing personnel, and more. The Group’s founders have adopted the concept of a “One Stop Shop.” Thus, as all services are available under one roof – the customers are free of any worries and can enjoy peace of mind throughout the process.

“Dream Management and Supervision”
Dream Management and Supervision is an independent management and supervision company, and part of the Dream Israel Group. The company is exclusively responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of all Group projects. The company provides a package of services for each project. Its management includes all stages of construction – starting with preliminary inspections, producing zero reports and follow-up reports for projects, budget and flow management, and the management of planning and consulting teams through representation at the various administrative planning committees and promotion before the authorities and engineering inspections; the planning coordination committee, management of the contractors’ tenders and supervision of the construction.
Dream Management and Supervision employs the most talented and experienced professionals in the industry. The company also manages and supervises the activities of hundreds of external consultants, some of the best in Israel, hired for Dream Israel projects. The project managers of Dream Management and Supervision are at the construction sites every day and provide an immediate and professional response to any problem.

Group Founders
The “Dream Israel” Group is headed by two co-founders:
Eytan Ouri is a French-Israeli entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in real estate entrepreneurship and marketing in Europe and Israel. Upon his immigration to Israel, he served as a marketing manager at the “Y.H. Demari” real estate group, where he established the “Foreign Residents” department and was the direct contact party for the many apartment buyers from abroad. Later on, he was a co-investor in several entrepreneurship and urban renewal projects. Eytan Ouri serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Group and heads its investor relations department.
Liran Shoreq is a senior Israeli real estate entrepreneur and is well-known in the industry, with over 20 years of experience in initiating, setting up projects, construction management and supervision. Liran Shoreq came to the real estate industry as a senior engineer in the hi-tech industry with a clear understanding that technological progress must be adopted by the construction industry. Indeed, he brought innovative and advanced work methods that optimize the planning and execution processes while strictly adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Liran Shoreq has established many other companies in the industry that focus on project initiation, management, and finance. Today, he serves as a shareholder and director of these companies.
