The Vision: Sustainable Construction and Innovation
The company believes in innovative and high-quality real estate, which brings added value to the environment – during the construction process and years afterward. Altneuland, an active Platinum Member in the Israeli Green Building Council, works hard to promote innovation and sustainability in the traditional real estate industry. Its worldview is based on green, innovative, and environmentally friendly construction, and therefore all of its future projects meet the green building standard and even far exceed what is required by legislation.

Adopting Technological Innovations
As part of its strategy and vision, Altneuland adopts technological innovations and implements, in each project, the most advanced systems – such as a system for monitoring and purifying air in public spaces and in the apartments themselves; smart and economical air conditioning; a system for detecting leaks; smart and economical electricity; acoustic solutions; smart robotic parking lot, and more. “We are attentive to the needs of our customers regarding innovation as well. if a customer requests a particular system– we check whether it can be incorporated into the project and identify the planning and technological solutions.” The technological team, consists of young real estate professionals with a distinct technological orientation who are up to date with all technological and environmental innovations. The team is responsible for implementing these innovations in its projects in the planning and execution stages, and for finding solutions to problems and challenges that arise during the project’s execution.

“Old-New Land”
Altneuland is the result of a merger between two companies– “Givsanit”, owned by Ronen Razon, which specialized in complex projects from the engineering standpoint, and the restoration of historic buildings; and “May Real Estate Connection Ltd.”, owned by Eran Levy, which was involved in entrepreneurship, boutique, and prestigious construction. The name of the group is taken from the name of the utopian “Altneuland – The Old-New Land”, by Theodor Herzl and reflects its vision which is based on the correct and precise renewal of old complexes and buildings. Those are transformed under the company’s leadership into attractive, innovative, and designed complexes, with renewed vitality.

Prime Location Projects
Altneuland’s innovative premium project series is branded under the name “NOY”. The company strives to assimilate its worldview – prestigious planning, green building, innovative and advanced at a premium standard using sustainable materials. These contribute to the preservation of the environment, lead to energy savings and improve the life quality of the residents.
The company owns projects and land reserves in unique prime locations, where it is promoting the construction of some 600 housing units in the most desirable areas of Tel Aviv, Hod Hasharon, and the central region.

Selected Projects
Altneuland at the Savion Junction – The largest project that the company is currently engaged in is located at the Savion Junction on 12 dunams of land, at the most sought-after point in the new MyOno quarter. The mixed-use project includes three towers: commercial, offices, and residential (220 residential units). The project’s built-up area is 100,000 square meters.
The project has received a building permit and is now under construction.
NOY at 14-16 Yitzhak Elhanan, Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv – One of the first projects in Israel to be rated with three green building stars. A 4-story luxury boutique building with 17 apartments located between the beach and Rothschild Boulevard. The apartments mix is diverse – 2-3 room apartments of a particularly high standard, special garden apartments, and spectacular penthouses. The project has received a building permit and is now under construction.
NOY at 10 Yitzhak Elhanan, Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv – A prestigious and innovative boutique building, with 9 apartments with smart planning, sustainable construction, and rich specifications of the highest quality. The project is in the advanced planning stage.
NOY at Hahashmal, Tel Aviv – A unique project will be built near Rothschild Boulevard in the heart of Tel Aviv, in the sought-after Levontin neighborhood. The building will include a diverse and prestigious mix of apartments, with engaging commercial areas. The project is in the

advanced planning stage.
NOY at Adam Hacohen, Tel Aviv – A Tama38 demolition and reconstruction project, in one of the most sought-after locations in the Old North of Tel Aviv. The project will offer 6 floors and 27 luxury residential units. The project is in the advanced planning stage.
NOY at Ben Gamliel, North Jaffa – A boutique building in a central and coveted location in northern Jaffa, near the flea market, which will rise to a height of 5 floors and will offer 26 unique residential units and commercial areas, with a total built-up area of 3,000 square meters. The project is in the advanced planning stage.
NOY at Ben Dosa, North Jaffa – A unique project that includes two buildings and 18 residential units and commercial areas in a desirable location near the Jaffa Flea Market. The buildings will combine the prestigious apartments and attractive commercial areas and emphasize the unique and magical character of Jaffa. The project is in planning stage.
NOY at Hasargal, Hod Hasharon – 2 unique boutique buildings in the sought-after “1200” neighborhood of Hod Hasharon, which will rise to a height of 10 floors with 50 luxurious apartments. The project is in the advanced planning stage.
NOY at Ben Gamla, Hod Hasharon – An 8-story boutique building in the center of Hod Hasharon with 23 apartments. This unique and ambitious project is in the advanced planning stage.
Villas in West Hod Hasharon – Planning and construction of 35 prestigious detached houses in the most sought-after locations in West Hod Hasharon. The company is in the advanced planning stages of another detached neighborhood in the area.
A Logistics Center in the Jezreel Valley – An innovative logistics complex, located in a strategic location covering 100 dunams. The design will include an accessible, functional, and flexible automatic center while integrating it into a rustic texture.
