Ram specializes in the representation of clients in complex civil-commercial litigation matters and heads the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Ram’s clients include some of the leading commercial companies in their fields in Israel, including communications and telecommunications, software, retail, real estate and insurance companies, public authorities, public institutions and more.
As well as representing clients in courts and in arbitration proceedings, Ram also advises on legal disputes overseas.
Ram has been Chairman of the Litigation Committee of the Israeli Bar Association.
Ram serves as a military defence attorney when on reserve duty.
Ram also lectures and teaches at legal seminars and forums.
