Practical and Professional Experience: Attorney Kronman served as the Chief Legal Advisor and Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Phoenix Holdings Ltd., Discount Mortgage Bank and the Israeli Maritime Bank. Attorney Kronman also served as a director of the chain of "Ad 120" a chain of Retirement Centers for Senior Citizens.
