holds an LL.B. from Ramat Gan’s Academic Center for Law and Business and an M.B.A in Business Administration from the Open University. In 2010, she was appointed supervisor of Income Tax’s Real Estate – Center office and in 2014 was promoted to Coordinator. In her professional capacity, she dealt with all issues relating to Real Estate Taxation Law, and especially TAMA 38 and evacuation-reconstruction projects. She represented the State in appeals before the District and the Supreme Court. She has lectured at various professional forums and law offices on issues related to Real Estate Taxation Law. Maya served in senior positions at the Real Estate Taxation Center, and in 2017 left the public sector for the private market.
