Practical and Professional Experience: Attorney Glatt today heads the Firm's Mergers and Acquisitions department, as well as the high-tech, technology, and intellectual property department. He lectures on the "third sector" (NPOs and NGOs) and has co-authored "The Guide to Public Institutions and NPOs" with KPMG Somekh Chaikin. Areas of Specialization: Commercial and administrative law, international law, corporate law, complex tenders including laws and rights of artists, intellectual property, hi-tech, biotech, communications, mergers.
