Practical and Professional Experience: Attorney Vered served as a staff member of "Hamishpat Law Review", and as editor of "Shamgar Book" in association with the Supreme Court and the Israel Bar Association. He joined the firm in 2001, became a partner in 2007, and now heads the project finance and infrastructures department in the Tel-Aviv office, and serves as external counsel for some of Israel's largest and leading infrastructure projects. Areas of Specialization: project finance, PPP transactions, mergers, and acquisitions, investment funds, complex tenders, commercial and corporate law.
