Practical and Professional Experience: Attorney Baris worked for three years in Boston as a lawyer with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo PC in that firm's business and finance department. Before that, he practiced at Yigal Arnon & Co., at their international corporate department and was involved in numerous multinational cross-border transactions. Attorney Baris clerked at the Supreme Court for Justice Theodore or, and was a member of the Hebrew University Law Review ("Mishpatim") and an articles editor of the Israel Law Review.
