Our Firm’s Distinctive Approach
We are committed to upholding the highest and most stringent standards of the legal profession, setting us apart from others. Our approach is focused on providing excellent, creative, and in-depth legal representation. When clients seek our counsel on a new matter, we undertake thorough and meticulous examinations of the factual and legal issues. Following this detailed analysis, we engage in brainstorming sessions to formulate a strategy for effectively addressing the client’s legal issues. The founding partners take the lead in representation, ensuring their involvement in every aspect of each case, both at the macro and micro levels.

Areas of Practice
Litigation – Our firm’s dedication to exceptional representation extends to litigation matters. We accept only a limited number of cases each year that involve substantive and complex legal issues requiring litigation. With over 18 years of experience in litigation, our founding partners, Shaul Zioni and Eli Pillersdorf, provide expert guidance. Our firm boasts extensive experience and expertise in counseling on a wide range of issues across various judicial instances. This includes arbitration and mediation, administrative, civil, and other quasi-judicial proceedings. We represent clients in various areas, such as commercial matters (e.g., breaches of agreements, shareholder disputes, corporate law), intellectual property, international law, and a diverse range of civil lawsuits. Notably, we also represent foreign companies in Israel.
Class Actions – Our firm is well-versed in handling complex class actions for both plaintiffs and defendants across diverse sectors, including technology, banking, insurance, medicine, and more.
Hi-Tech, FinTech, Cryptocurrencies – Our firm possesses unique expertise in the Hi-Tech, FinTech, and Cryptocurrencies sectors. We represent leading companies in these fields, including those operating in the EU finance markets. Our guidance covers a wide range of issues, such as online payments, digital currencies, money transfers, electronic money, banking, and government regulations. We work collaboratively with renowned international law firms to ensure our clients’ safe and legal operations outside of Israel, particularly with a focus on the EU. Ohad Phillip, our partner, heads our Hi-Tech team and provides comprehensive advice to companies from the early stages of entrepreneurship. Our firm assists startups with fundraising, executive compensation plans, labor law matters, intellectual property management, various commercial arrangements, and joint ventures.
Medical Malpractice – With extensive and diverse experience, our firm represents leading medical institutions and professionals in medical malpractice claims across various medical specialties. These specialties include gynecology and obstetrics, oncology (delayed malignant tumor diagnosis), neurosurgery, surgery, family medicine, and more. We actively participate in all judicial instances and engage in mediation proceedings. The department’s clients include some of the largest medical organizations in Israel such as the Hadassah Medical Organization, Leumit Health Services, Herzelia Medical Center, Elisha Medical Center in Haifa, Assuta Hospital, and others.
Founding partner Eli Pillersdorf leverages his expertise and collaborates with top medical experts in Israel to carefully consider the details and relevant medical and legal aspects of each case.
