The Group adapts activities to suit market needs in general, and regional market needs in particular. As a contractor, Zemach Hammerman Ltd. serves some of the largest companies and public bodies in Israel, utilizing the most advanced building techniques for the most sophisticated projects.

Established in 1997, Zemach Hammerman Ltd. is made up of two companies that have over 50 years of experience in Israel’s construction and real estate sector. The Group has the highest unlimited classification in various civil engineering fields. The company is certified by the Standards (clearance *) and is an approved Ministry Defense contractor. The company has ISO 9002 certification, attesting to its commitments to all parties associated with its activities: customers, tenants, partners, bankers, suppliers, sub-contractors, planners, inspectors, workers, and others.

Special emphasis is placed on high-quality construction, meeting timetables, budget constraints, ensuring strict payment ethics, and proper and fair labor relations.

The company pioneers state-of-the-art building methods, prefabrication, computerization and control technologies in the construction sector.

The company counts Israel’s leading and most financially sound entities among its customers. The company forms partnerships with other leading companies in the sector to disperse risks. Zemach Hammerman Ltd. has a highly experienced staff of about 250 personnel and overseas employees and local workers. Since 1997, the company has initiated, built and populated 90 projects that include 6,700 apartments and approximately 325,000 sq.m. of commercial and office spaces in dozens of projects around Israel, worth more than NIS 1 billion.

Residential Projects

Projects as a Developer – Projects in which the company is involved as a developer include: 530 apartments in Ramat Gan; 163 apartments in Neve Tzedek, 154 apartments in Betzalel Tel Aviv; 130 apartments in Alphei Menashe; 340 apartments in Beit Shemesh; 477 apartments in Ganei Tikva, 55 apartments in Jaffa, 48 apartments in Givatayim, 176 apartments in Karmiel, 68 apartments in Tzur Yitzhak and 745 apartments in Achziv Naharia.

Building as a Contractor – Projects which Zemach Hammerman Ltd. is building for third parties as a contractor are mostly implemented by its subsidiary Sivan Construction, which is owned in equal shares by Zemach Hammerman Ltd. and Sivan Berkovitch who serves as CEO of the subsidiary.

Residential Projects Being Built as a Contractor up to the Key Delivery – Projects in which Zemach Hammerman Ltd. is currently involved as contractor include 145 apartments in Hod Hasharon; 153 units in Beer Yaakov; 470 residential units in Rehovot; 286 residential units in Tel-Aviv; and 600 units in Herzliya.

Commercial and Office Ventures – About 14,000 sq.m. in Beit Shemesh; about 2,200 sq.m. in Tel Aviv; about 8,800 sq.m. in Ganei Tikva;  about 42,800 sq.m. in Givatayim, and a number of street shops in Neve Tzedek and Jaffa.
