Attorney Tali Yaron-Eldar is the Founding and Managing Partner of YETAX, with many years of experience at the Israel Tax Authority, where she served as Income Tax Commissioner, and during her tenure led the most extensive and substantial tax reform in the history of the State of Israel. Before that, she served as the Attorney General of the Customs and Value Added Tax Division. After leaving public service, Tali moved to the private sector, where she continues contributing with her extensive experience.
Attorney Roy Paller is a Founding Partner of YETAX and manages its Haifa branch. He brings his many years of experience in representing clients from the business and private sectors, transaction planning, negotiating and drafting, representation in disputes before the tax authorities, and assessment procedures.
Attorney Rany Schwartz is a Founding Partner of YETAX, and is one of Israel’s leading experts in tax litigation – civil and criminal – and in conflict resolution with the Income Tax, Value Added Tax, and Customs authorities. He acquired his unique expertise in indirect taxation during his tenure as a lawyer in the Customs and Value Added Tax Division.
Attorney Amit Gottlieb advises clients on family capital planning and preservation issues, and specializes in optimizing international tax structures and taxation of trusts and estates. Attorney Gottlieb specializes in providing guidance and tax planning to owners, including philanthropic matters, and advises new immigrants and returning residents regarding the expected consequences of changing their residency, on their assets and business activities.
Attorney Henriete Fuchs heads up YETAX’s international taxation practice, bringing her over 20 years of experience in a frequently changing field. Her professional team handles complex international tax events, restructuring international corporate groups, investments by foreign investors in Israel, and investments by Israeli multinational groups abroad, and is intimately involved in agreements that have often been proven crucial.
Attorney Osher Harush specializes in civil and commercial litigation. Attorney Harush has many years of expertise in litigation, commercial contracts, intellectual property law and administrative law – all of which are closely related to the Firm’s specialization in the tax field.
Attorney Sivan Henik counsels for complex commercial transactions and specializes in challenging Israeli and international tax planning issues. Attorney Henik represents her clients in disputes with the Income Tax, Value Added and real estate taxation authorities, including in tax appeals before all judicial instances and has unique expertise in managing procedures related to property tax. Attorney Henik’s diverse and significant practice center is located in YETAX’s Haifa branch.
Attorney Yossi Baruch established and today manages YETAX’s office in Be’er Sheva. He contributes his rich experience in the field of taxation and is known for his creativity in handling civil and criminal tax procedures, including “white collar” offenses.
Attorney (CPA) Roni Inbar specializes in consulting and tax planning for companies and individuals in Israeli and international taxation, and Value Added Tax. Attorney Inbar specializes in managing negotiations with the tax authorities, accompanying complex assessment procedures, and representing YETAX’s clients at various judicial instances.
Attorney (CPA) Asaf Eisenberg specializes in tax planning and consulting for companies and individuals, emphasizing income tax, Value Added Tax and international taxation. Attorney Eisenberg also specializes in valuation discussions, negotiations with the Tax Authority and representing taxpayers at various judicial instances.

Indirect taxation and customs – consultation, direction, and oversight in all facets of indirect taxation for corporate and private clients, including financial institutions, property investors, importers and exporters, and manufacturers. YETAX represents its clients in assessment proceedings, appeals, and legal actions against Value Added Tax and Customs authorities.
Individual taxation – guidance and advice to individuals, as well as handling assessment procedures, including filing objections and managing appeals at all judicial instances, managing voluntary disclosure procedures, implementing tax benefits for new immigrants and returning residents, relocation of employees and writing legal opinions.
Trusts and family wealth management – legal advice, planning of trust structures and support in the intergenerational transfer of family capital.
Real estate taxation – planning and accompanying real estate transactions for residential, institutional, industrial and kibbutzim, private purchases, purchasing groups, entrepreneurs, contractors, urban renewal, TAMA 38 and restructuring of real estate groups.
