“Yaniv Engineering’s management culture is designed to encourage creativity and change while committing to providing a pleasant and professional work environment. At the edge of every action are nihilistic values that focus on quality and a form of management and control unique to the Company’s model; these factors make the Company a leader in its field.” So says Gal Yaniv, Founder and Owner of Yaniv Engineering, which specializes in finishing work and execution planning for offices, clean rooms, DATA centers, and showrooms.” Yaniv’s uniqueness lies in the exceptional technological systems that it interfaces into the project management process to improve work processes, and in the quality of human capital that creates a much greater whole than the sum of its parts. All said factors lead to strengthening its capabilities in the field.”
Gal Yaniv holds a B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technion and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Haifa.
Since its establishment in 1998, Yaniv Engineering has completed over 250 projects, and among its clients in the last year were Google IL, HP, Motorola, AudioCodes, Monday.com, Riskified, Tipalti, MaxLinear, Bringg, Ceragon, Red-Hat, Varonis, Redis, Deep Instinct, Finastra, Proofpoint, LINKEDIN, Boston Scientific, the Colmobil Group, the Israel Army’s C41 Corps (TeleProcessing Corps), and the Library for the Blind.
“Our clients are partners in the entire work process and receive an exceptional service experience, as we use the most advanced technological tools,” emphasizes Yaniv, “at the center of our ability to execute are advanced methods and thorough controls, which allow us to achieve spectacular results. We can plan and complete high-quality projects quickly and within budget. Our approach provides clients a unique experience and is maintained by advanced technological capabilities.”

Technological Innovation
Yaniv Engineering stresses the adoption of technological systems to improve and optimize processes. The Company provides the “design experience” through the planning department with the help of the BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING) and the ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) systems. For each project, a model is built in the system based on the client’s needs according to current status and includes simulations and imaging. Technology helps Yaniv Engineering manage the project more effectively–accurately estimate the costs, plan the execution stages, and comply with the timing. “Our planning department knows how to save resources and time and allows us to make quick decisions and respond quickly to the client.”
“We developed our information system that constitutes one integrative environment in which all parties involved in the project participate,” Yaniv explains. “All data relevant to the project is examined in real-time in BI systems, and the client sees everything happening at any given point. Hi-tech companies, our key clients, appreciate the synergy we created with the help of the various tools that allow easy access and complete transparency and correspond with the hi-tech culture.”
The quality of the project is evaluated by the Company’s perception through the safety field, which is a critical pillar. To promote and improve this field, Yaniv Engineering adopted the Beti system, which manages all project safety reports according to national standards. The safety procedures of our companies comply with the global LEED and WELL standards, manage access control of the professional teams, and know how to reflect the site’s safety status in real-time. In addition, this year, Yaniv Engineering was awarded a First Star in the national Safety Star program, and now, it is in the advanced stages of its second star.
Yaniv Engineering’s quality control department operates by using a unique quality system for managing and controlling work quality according to the nature of the project and the requirements of the highest quality and professional standards. In addition, the entire company is subject to quality surveys, thus we prepare and budget our employees for the next challenges.
Integrating all systems in the implementation creates a current and accurate situational picture that operates with maximum automation and digitization, thus guaranteeing transparency, effectiveness, and productivity for the Company and its clients. “We work with each client closely throughout the project. Our level of transparency is so high that we use “Go Pro” cameras. Daily reports are sent to all parties involved in the project, and the client can watch online from any angle and area of the site, see what is being done, and ask questions.”

Cooperation with the Client
Gal Yaniv, Yaniv’s Chief Executive Officer, attaches the utmost importance to client satisfaction. “We advocate cooperation with the client. Together, we determine the budget, adjust the materials, and assemble the best and broadest professional team to carry out the project to adequately respond to the client’s requirements. The client’s involvement is essential at all stages of the project. Using a unique system for quality control, we provide the client with weekly reports detailing the rate of progress of execution against planning, critical paths, and status of final materials.”
“Actually, on every project, we work with three clients – the client, the architect, and the project manager on behalf of the supervision. We hold weekly meetings with them and know how to adapt to any changes that the architect or the client requests and provide them the most professional and immediate answer.”

Human Capital
At Yaniv Engineering, each project is treated as a personal project undertaken according to a systematic methodology and budgetary control. “As soon as we start work on a project, the project manager presents it to all Company employees. Every employee is familiar with every project in progress. Our belief is in professional discourse and establishing a connection among all of us, and we engage in a significant amount of brainstorming and collaboration.
“It is rare to see such brilliant talents from different fields coming together and producing the best human mix for our market. We have people from the construction field, veterans of the Israel Defence Forces’ cyber units, Technion honorees in many fields, lawyers, and information systems engineers. There is an entire array of minds that provides the backup to our execution department that is in the field.”
We believe in endless learning and development; at the beginning of each year, an extensive training program is established to continue professionalizing, improving, and exposing the employees to all new trends and market requirements, starting with specialization in professional topics such as building schedules, studying and deepening the types of ceilings and adhesives, knowing standards and more, at the same time improving soft management skills such as time management, negotiation management, teamwork, crisis management and more. As part of this concept, we award merit scholarships to students who excel in their academic achievements at the Technion. We give incentives and rewards to employees who have demonstrated excellence and stood out positively in their positions. As a complement to the cultivation of human capital and to retain and strengthen our employees, during the year, there is an abundant welfare activity that includes team days, a formation trip, and joint marking of holidays and dates to capture and strengthen the family feeling.

Social Responsibility
Yaniv Engineering develops and invests in social responsibility for Israeli society, believing that the more it invests in tomorrow, the better it can help to guarantee a better future. All employees volunteer to contribute to the community as part of this activity. Throughout the year, Yaniv Engineering undertakes projects on an entirely volunteer basis, such as renovations to the homes of Holocaust survivors, renovations of shelters for battered women and children, renovation of the Safari Hospital, and more. At the same time, the Company adopted the “Shirat Ha’Lev ” school for children on the autistic spectrum and established the “Yaniv Engineering Unit ” as part of a project that accompanies and integrates young people with disabilities in the community and the army. In addition, Yaniv promotes the concept of sustainability and care for the environment, and as a member of the global LEED organization, sees to integrating green building principles and methods by planning natural lighting, indoor air quality level, use of local and renewable raw materials, water conservation, maximum utilization of energy and other parameters, believing that compliance with green building standards benefits the environment as well as the clients of each project.
