 The Vision
The Group adheres to intelligent planning, high-level construction, professional service, and personal support all along the way. Infrastructure and Development
The Y.D. Barzani Group has been operating in the field of infrastructure and development for over 30 years, during which it has completed many projects, including roads, infrastructure, and development projects for public bodies involving a scope of hundreds of millions of Shekels per year while meeting high execution standards and deadlines.
The Group specializes in complex infrastructure projects and has developed residential neighborhoods, the construction of bridges, interchanges, grade separations, tunnels, railways, light rail infrastructures, for various entities, including Netivei Israel, Netivei Ayalon, Moriah, Israel Rail, the Ministry of Housing and more.
The Group holds the unlimited contractor classification and is a recognized contractor for all sectors in which it operates. The Group has propelled its success in the field of infrastructures into a variety of fields in which it operates today.

Residential Construction
In the residential sector, the Group has built and populated hundreds of housing units and specializes in all types of residential construction, new neighborhoods, boutique buildings, “price per tenant,” expansion of kibbutzim and urban renewal of any issue, TAMA, and evacuation-reconstruction projects.
The Group is careful about the quality of the apartments both on the planning side and on the performance side, with precision and attention to detail at every stage of the project.

Urban Renewal
The Group has extensive activity in the field of urban renewal in several cities, including Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Kiryat Gat, Nof HaGalil, Ramle, Lod, and more.
The Group’s activity in Jerusalem and the surrounding area is significant. The Group initiates and promotes many projects in the field of urban renewal in Jerusalem, with thousands of housing units – including 2 significant complexes on the axis of Hebron Road with 1,000 units, the “Magali Yavneh” complex with 1,200 units, the Beka neighborhood – 250 units, Kiryat Yuval -200 units, Sderot Herzl – 200 units, Beit Arava – 220 units, plus another 500 units in various locations in the city.

We are careful about transparency in all processes and coordination with the residents of the complexes in which we operate. We consider the apartment owners to be full partners in the project, and therefore ensure to jointly appoint the project consultants on behalf of the developer, public participation in the planning processes, connection of the tenants’ representatives to the municipal planning authorities, factual consideration of the tenants’ comments during the planning stages and, of course, full cooperation with the tenants and their consultants in the execution processes.”

Social Involvement and Contribution to the Community
The Group allocates part of its profits to support the community by supporting various institutions and bodies in the fields of welfare, education, and culture. The Group founded and manages a non-profit organization whose main activity is ongoing assistance to needy families. 90% of the non-profit organization is budgeted by the Group. In projects that are in progress, the Group allows interim uses of the lots and properties for the benefit of the public.
