Banking & Finance
SHG represents Israel’s largest institutional investors (insurance companies, pension funds and provident funds) and advice on their investments, fundraising activities, bond issuances and other financial documents and products in addition to structured financing transactions. The firm represents Israel’s largest pension funds in creating financial packages for Israel’s largest infrastructure operations. SHG was one of the first to deal with various securitization issues in Israel and our involvement through the creation of structured financial products has led to accumulated expertise in the field.
SHG is frequently retained by underwriters and banks for the purpose of performing legal due diligence exercises in this regard.
