Adv. Eran Shimony – Eran has been practicing law since 1999. Throughout the years, Eran handled many diverse legal fields, and in recent years he has been specializing in three main practice areas: communication law, commercial law and sports law. Eran served as a military advocate in his reserves service, served as a member of the National Natural Gas Authority and serves as an arbitrator in the Football Association’s Arbitration and Mediation Institute. Eran lectures occasionally to lawyers in various forums of the Israel Bar Association.
Adv. Oren Gross – Oren has been practicing law since 2001. Oren has extensive experience in representing in complex civil-commercial disputes, including in matters of corporations, securities, contracts, class actions, derivative actions, and administrative law and also in complex inheritance disputes and white-collar offences. In his years in the profession, Oren has made a name for himself as a leading litigator.
In addition, he is one of the founders of the “Bazelet” NGO, which operates, inter alia, in the field of education.
Adv. Tafat Reif-Kerber – Tafat has been practicing law since 2004. Tafat heads the firm’s labor law practice, a field in which she has been working for many years. In the framework of her work, Tafat advises international and Israel companies on a variety of labor-related topics including employment termination, retirement benefits, employee rights, drafting employment agreements, NDAs, bonuses and more.
In addition, Tafat lectures on sexual harassment prevention, and serves as an external supervisor for investigating complex sexual harassment cases in workplaces. Tafat has an expertise in representing local authorities in her practice areas, including in hearings and salary deviations proceedings. Tafat interned in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil), and continued in the DA’s Office in 2005-07, as an attorney in the Labor Disputes Department. After retiring from the DA’s Office, she worked as a labor law attorney and managed labor law departments in some of Israel’s leading law firms, until she joined SHGR as a partner.
Adv. Noa Nudelman – Noa represents multi-channel television operators, leading content distributors, TV channels and production companies in matters regarding their commercial activity, focusing in TV content and broadcasting activity, including all kinds of content transactions and licensing agreements. Noa also provides ongoing consultation regarding TV productions and all legal matters concerning such productions. Noa is experienced in representing clients in complex litigation cases, concerning all aspects of commercial law, copyright law and libel law. Noa was admitted as a lawyer in 2011.
