An Organic Experienced Team
The firm currently includes 9 lawyers, of whom 3 are partners – Eran Shimony and Oren Gross, the firm’s founding partners, and Tafat Reif-Kerber, who heads the firm’s labor law department. The firm’s partners are seasoned and experienced lawyers. They, as well as the associates, worked in Israel’s leading law firms prior to the firm’s inception. Although the firm is a boutique firm, it provides its clients with a service umbrella that encompasses a wide variety of legal fields.

Adv. Eran Shimony
Eran has 20 years of experience as a lawyer. Throughout the years, he handled many diverse legal fields, and in recent years he has been specializing in three main practice areas: communication law, commercial law and sports law. He served as a military advocate in his reserves service, served as a member of the National Natural Gas Authority and serves as an arbitrator in the Football Association’s Arbitration and Mediation Institute.
Eran lectures occasionally to lawyers in various forums of the Israel Bar Association.
Adv. Oren Gross
Oren is a founding partner with 20 years of experience as a lawyer. He has extensive experience in representing in complex civil-commercial disputes, including in matters of corporations, securities, contracts, class actions, derivative actions, and administrative law, and also in complex inheritance disputes and white-collar offences. In his years in the profession, he’s made a name for himself as a leading litigator.
In addition, he is one of the founders of the “Bazelet” NGO, which operates, inter alia, in the field of education.
Adv. Tafat Reif-Kerber
Adv. Reif Kerber is a partner and has 15 years of experience as a lawyer. She heads the firm’s labor law practice, a field in which she has been working for many years. In the framework of her work, she advises international and Israel companies on a variety of labor-related topics including employment termination, retirement benefits, employee rights, drafting employment agreements, NDAs, bonuses and more.
In addition, she lectures on sexual harassment prevention, and serves as an external supervisor for investigating complex sexual harassment cases in workplaces. She has a particular expertise in representing local authorities in her practice areas, including in hearings and salary deviations proceedings. She interned in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil), and continued in the DA’s Office in 2005-07, as an attorney in the Labor Disputes Department. After retiring from the DA’s Office, she worked as a labor law attorney and managed labor law departments in some of Israel’s leading law firms, until she joined SHGR as a partner.
Media and Entertainment Law – The firm is considered to be one of Israel’s leading and most prominent media and entertainment law firms. It has vast operations in this field and represents some of Israel’s leading communication entities in diverse transactions, including licensing, production and broadcasting agreements, and more. In addition, the firm supports productions of all types and regularly counsels and represents in legal proceedings concerning copyright and libel matters.
Litigation – The firm is considered a leading boutique litigation law firm, and provides litigation services in a wide variety of legal fields, including companies, securities, contracts, class actions, derivative actions, and administrative law, and also in complex inheritance disputes and white-collar offences.
