Sami Noufi and Sons Ltd. is active in entrepreneurship and construction and is considered one of Israel's leading companies. The Company was established over ten years ago and is owned and managed by Sami Noufi and his son Nissim Noufi, Adv. The Company specializes in several fields, including earthworks, development, infrastructure, entrepreneurship construction, marine works, and more.

Since its inception, Sami Noufi and Sons Ltd. has completed many innovative and complex projects while building a reputation as a professional contractor with a first-rate level of performance. Today, the Company has a backlog for 2023-2024 totaling hundreds of millions of Shekels.

Sami Noufi, who came from Haifa to Eilat in 1976, is one of the more senior contractors active in the city. Over time, he has accumulated knowledge, skill, and an outstanding reputation in a variety of fields, including entrepreneurship, construction, earthworks, development, infrastructure, water and sewerage works, road paving and sidewalks, canalization, the installation of communication and electricity lines, and projects related to marine infrastructures.
Over time, the Company has begun to expand its operations and is now active in the Be’er Sheva, Highway 264, Haifa areas, among others.
Many of the largest entities in the Israeli economy have availed themselves of the services of Sami Noufi, such as the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Israel Roads, the Ports Authority, the Trans Israel Pipeline, the Airports Authority, the Nahal and Arava Drainage Authority, Electra Ltd., the Eilat Municipality, the Eilat Economic Company, the Eilot Economic Development Company and many more.
Sami Noufi and Sons Ltd. is known for its many years of experience and the uncompromising quality of its work, which is reflected in every project it is involved in.
The Company’s offices are located in the new “Shhoret” industrial zone of Eilat, and the Company has another branch at 9 Ofir Street in Haifa. The Company employs highly qualified professionals and leaders in their respective fields, and also owns heavy mechanical engineering equipment, which is at the forefront of technology in the field of development and infrastructure.
The Company holds the ISO 9001: 2000 international standard and has a quality management system according to Israeli and international standards.
In addition, the Company also holds the ISO 45001 standard for its management of safety, health, and environment standards, and is registered with the Contractors’ Register for the Registration of Contractors Law in Construction Engineering Works, in the fields of roads, infrastructure, development, sewage, drainage, and water, unlimited in scope.

Projects in Entrepreneurship and Construction
The Company has acquired real estate in Eilat and Haifa designated for residential construction.

Eilat
“Shipolei Ha’har” (“Mountain Slopes”) Project in Eilat – is the latest project that is in the planning stages, a project for the construction of 73 housing units. The location of the project will blend in with the desert beauty of the Eilat Mountains.
The Company is also a partner in a construction project of 111 housing units in Eilat in the “Mafiah” district, a luxurious residential project combined with a commercial floor located in the heart of the city, and is also a partner in an “evacuation-reconstruction” project in the “Hakel” neighborhood, on HaGishron Street in Eilat for the construction of 244 housing units and the addition of a commercial floor.
A project to clear a building in Eilat’s “Mafiah” district, in an area of 16,000 square meters, for the construction of 500 housing units. The plan will include a western area for residential and tourism purposes.

Haifa
1. Ha’tzalbanim St. – The Company is currently populating its “Beit Ha’Shagrir” (“Ambassador House”). This is a unique boutique project with seven floors and 14 housing units at 30 Ha’tzalbanim Street, located in the upper part of Hadar Elyon, which is characterized by low-height construction to ensure the preservation of the natural landscape of the slopes. The project is located close to the green and breathtaking parks of the Baha’i Gardens and overlooks Haifa Bay. Construction is underway and is now in advanced stages.
2. Harofeh Project – In the center of the street named after Dr. Theodor Zlocisti, the Company has begun construction of a prestigious ten-story, 35-housing unit residential project, with a view of the green landscape of the Carmel and the blue expanses of the Mediterranean. The Company is awaiting approval of the local planning authorities.
