About Sadot Entrepreneurship and Urban Renewal Ltd.

Sadot Entrepreneurship and Urban Renewal Ltd. is a senior and established real estate company with roots going back to 1934. The initial activities actually go back over 90 years and were begun by the Avrahami Family, the family of Nir Avrahami, Sadot's current CEO. The Avrahami Family heads were among the first builders of Israel.

Sadot focuses on urban renewal, TAMA 38/1 strengthening and construction and TAMA 38/2 demolition and construction projects. The Company works with first-class professionals from all construction specialties and is supported by a winning team of architects, lawyers, bankers and economists. To date, Sadot has been involved in various employment and commercial real estate projects covering over 90,000 square meters, including malls, public buildings, synagogues, mikvahs and more. In the residential sector, it has handled the construction of over 1,100 housing units. The Company is currently active mainly in the Dan Region, and its projects are found in many cities, including Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Rishon Le’Zion and Or Yehuda.

Initiative and Execution Capabilities Alike
Nir Avrahami Building and Development Ltd. is a related company, and Sadot’s construction arm. This company has 25 years of experience and is one of the great strengths of Sadot, as the tenants with whom the company works know that the party that signed the contract with them is the party that will build the project (and be attentive to their requests and requirements throughout the construction period), and will deliver the key to the new homes when the day comes. This combined capability reinforces the understanding that Sadot is not dependent on external contractors and can meet the schedules and budgets set for each project.

Economic Security for Tenants is a Top Priority
Given that a home is the most expensive economic asset owned by a person, the Company improves the existing tenants’ homes quickly, efficiently and safely. Every project the Company undertakes involves large and well-known banks or financial institutions.

Nir Avrahami, Chief Executive Officer of the Company
Nir Avrahami (Lt. Col.–Deputy Battalion Commander in the Military Reserves), manages Sadot and is a veteran of real estate activity with 30 years of experience in the field and a fourth-generation family member involved in real estate. Nir Avrahami holds academic degrees in law, economics and business administration. He is also a “practical construction engineer” and is a member of the Contractors Association. He does not run Sadot “from above”, but is present and intimately involved in every stage of the project. Nir is committed to the highest level of workmanship, finish, quality and safety of the building, staff and tenants. Beyond his working hours at Sadot, he volunteers at the Israel Red Cross as a senior paramedic and ambulance driver.

Boutiques and Family Treatment of Clients
Sadot visions itself as a boutique company with a personal approach to its many clients. The Company considers the residential owners as full partners, and the Company’s managers stress reliability, social responsibility and complete transparency throughout the planning, execution and finishing stages. During each project, all requirements and concerns of the building’s occupants are weighed. The renewal process is done subject to a full and ongoing dialogue with the occupants, with the goal of creating a pleasant living environment, which will significantly improve their quality and standard of living. In addition, every tenant in each project knows from the beginning what the personal changes that he will receive are, which contributes to complete coordination of expectations and high satisfaction from all the tenants.
