Real Estate, Planning and Construction, Urban Renewal – SFA’s Real Estate department advises clients on major projects both in Israel and abroad, and is involved in cross-border financing, planning, urban renewal, acquisitions, and transactions.
Mergers & Acquisitions – SFA is frequently involved in all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including due diligence processes, complex negotiations, and drafting, closing and pre-closing procedures and obtaining governmental and other approvals and ongoing integration activities following closing.
