Selected Projects Now Being Marketed:
• “Rothstein HaYeruka”, Be’er Ya’akov – 900 housing units in the large new neighborhood of Gush Dan, in a young, fresh, dynamic, and developing environment with quick access to everywhere via Road 431 and the nearby train stations (marketing has ended and stage F is underway).
• Be’er Ya’akov cottages – 64 housing units (marketing and construction have begun).
• “Rothstein Valley”, Tirat Carmel – between the green mountains of the Carmel, and the clear blue of the Mediterranean, in the new and sought-after “Hahotrim” neighborhood in the innovative residential complex, 15 boutique buildings are being built that will offer 362 housing units with a variety of 3,4,5 room apartments, garden apartments and penthouses (marketing and construction have begun).
• “Sheshet Ha’yamim”, Ramat Hasharon (TAMA 38/2) – 44 housing units in the prestigious Neve Rassco neighborhood in Ramat Hasharon, offering 5-6 rooms apartments, garden apartments, and a penthouse (marketing begins).
• 38 Sharett Street,Tel Aviv – (TAMA 38/2) – 7-story boutique building, with 22 housing units in various of 3 and 4 room apartments, a garden apartment, and a penthouse (marketing has begun).
• Rotshtein on Einstein, Netanya – In northern Netanya’s Einstein neighborhood, two 17-story towers will be built, offering 120 housing units, 3,4,5 rooms mini-penthouses, and penthouse (marketing has begun).
• Rotshtein, Ashdod – 2 towers with 192 housing units and 4,000 square meters of commercial and employment areas, near Assuta Hospital and the train station (being planned).
• “Carmei Ha’nadiv”, Kiryat Malachi – on the border of Be’er Tuvia and Kfar Warburg. Private land for the construction of 3,000 housing units, along with commercial and office areas. The marketing and construction of Stage E has begun (the company holds 53% of the project’s rights).
• “Rotshtein HEIGHTS”, Beit Shemesh – 1,000 housing units and commercial areas. The project is located in Ramat Beit Shemesh (marketing has begun).

Urban Renewal Projects
As part of the company’s business strategy, Rotshtein initiates and promotes urban renewal projects (evacuation of construction and plan 38/2). To this end, the company has established a special division – “Rotshtein Urban Renewal” which specializes In initiating demolition and construction projects In high demand areas in city centers, self-development, and in cooperation with various companies. Current and future projects Include:
• Blue & the City, Bat Yam (evacuation-reconstruction) – on 55 Herzl Street at the corner of Jabotinsky – a 35 story tower will house 137 housing units and commercial space with office suites. (marketing has begun).
• Rotshtein First, Ramat Gan (TAMA 38/2) – 47 new housing units on the border between Ramat Gan and Givatayim in a quiet and green area of Ramat Gan, with proximity and access to the business districts (now being populated).
• “Geulim” complex in the Alon district of Ramat Hasharon (evacuation-reconstruction) – 180 housing units on the border between Ramat Hasharon and Tzamarot. The town Building plan has been approved, and planning is now underway.
• Einstein complex, Lod (evacuation-reconstruction) – 467 housing units and commercial areas in the center of Lod, in the train’s vicinity station. The town building plan has been approved, and permit planning is now underway.
• 35-45 La Guardia, Tel Aviv (evacuation-reconstruction*) – 420 housing units and commercial areas on the La Guardia axis in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood (now being planned).
• 3 Melchett, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/1), construction and marketing has begun.
• 18 Clay, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/2), the project is now being populated.
• 7 Katzenelson, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/2), construction and marketing has begun.
• 13 Soutine, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/2), cobstruction permit has been received, and evacuation notices have been issued.
• 19 Remez, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/2), in planning stages.
• 12 Zichron Ya’acov, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/2), in planning stages.
• 11-13 Pinkas, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/2), in planning stages.
• 10 Modigliani, Tel Aviv (*) – (TAMA 38/2), construction and marketing has begun.
